I found a piece of hair on my pizza. When I went back to let the staff know and ask for a refund, I was told by the MANAGER she didn't know how to process the refund and that its just a small piece of hair and proceeded to accuse me by saying it could have been by hair. I was appalled by such horrible behavior from the staff in such an unhygienic place. I left without my pizza or any refund. Would never go back here again! I'm still in shock this happened.

Order veggie stuffed crust pizza yesterday. Pizza was burnt, half of the veggies were missing + they forgot the garlic and peppers…. What was the purpose of calling us and asking what we wanted to add to the order of you weren’t going to bring it anyways?? $32 on a burnt pizza.. trash

Our order was given to a third party an HOUR after it was placed. Then cancelled! We are a family w 4 little kids who were then out of a dinner. We will not be ordering again if they continue to hand off deliveries to third party. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help us or to communicate with.
I haven’t had issues with this location. We started going here because the domino’s close to us kept screwing up our order. Pizza has always been good, warm, quick, and most importantly, correct.

I ordered from Pizza Hut on Roswell Road and I ordered around 3:20pm and I didn't get my Pizza until close to 5:00pmThe Pizza arrival time was set for 3:55pm but it didn't come! When it did arrive it was quite naturally cold! I was very disappointed plus I live right down the street and was my first time ordering from there I knew I would get a hot pizza and live close by! I had to get refunded! I'm like this! Of you are short handed don't over do it! I've known management to get out the restaurant and deliver as well because the driver responsible need help! Better luck for me next time because Pizza Hut has been around for many years should work on their organizational skills

I loved the fact that the staff called me to let me know right away that they were out of breadsticks and accommodated us with a different option. Our pizzas were delicious and I LOVE ME SOME PIZZA HUT!!

If I could a zero star I would. I did the contactless delivery texted the number and put in my information and waited for 15 minutes. I had to go in the store to get my order, I explained to the cashier that I did the contactless delivery and she looked as if she didn’t know want i was talking about I showed her the big sign on her hr window and she just looked at me as if I was speaking another language. I have ordered from here before and had no issues I could have saved my $45 and go elsewhere
