I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with no onions and banana peppers, it was undercooked and had onions and banana peppers on it. I ordered three marinara sauces and received none, I tipped 5$ before I put my order in and got screwed. I expect something to be done about this!

Watching this place operate was like watching an old episode of The Lucy Show! There was a line and a back up because orders piled up and pizzas in boxes were strewn across the prep area and randomly thrown in the warmer. I waited for more than 40 minutes in the store. After a while, the preparer, who really struggled with everything, looked in the warmer and there was my pizza. It had been there a long time. I was so flustered that I asked the preparer for a refund and the pizza. My request was refused, so I asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. HOW?! I just took the refund and left. Who wants OLD pizza?! Maybe I could understand a wait from a staff that obviously wasn't trained, probably due to turnover. But what about just plain courteous customer service? After such a long, needless wait, seems they'd have just given me the pizza as an of course. Don't choose this place. If you do, def DON'T PREPAY! And def check your order before you pay. Better yet, go to the grocery store for a frozen pizza over the customer no service at this place!

I ordered a pizza, but the quality was awful; it tasted like cardboard with old dough, and the cheese seemed to be “sprinkled with spray”. This is my last time ordering from there. No more. I strongly recommend to go to a supermarket and make your own version.

Much better off with da Vinci or domino if you want your order to actually be correct. They use DoorDash for delivery too so they upcharge like crazy w the delivery fees AND ask for a driver tip still. This place SUCKS!

The person who took our order at the counter, (who I believe was the manager), seemed like he was very irritated with my son and I, right out the gate. We ordered four pizzas from the $7 medium Pizza discount menu, (or whatever it is that Pizza Hut calls it). I had to call my husband because the order was made online, AND he didn't finalize the order payment. That did not take but 30 seconds. Our order wasn't showing on the computer evidently, which is why I called him. Two of them were supposed to be LIGHT sauce, and the other two regular sauce. All four were hand tossed. The two LIGHT sauce pizzas had MORE sauce on them than a regular pizza would, and the regular pizzas were SO heavy and sauce and SO sloppy that the toppings wouldn't stay on the pieces. Massively over sauced, if I may be allowed to use that word THAT way, (sauced ?). We, (my husband and I), always get them with light sauce because of medical issues. I can't believe that the person making the pizza is wasting your THAT way. Not only is it a severe abuse of resources, it's also making the pizzas to where those who order them from you, your customers, your patrons, US, are unable to consume them. I included a picture of the first piece I ate, that is SUPPOSED to be LIGHT sauce. BE BETTER! PIZZA HUT, BE BETTER!!

Literally the worst fast food service I've ever received. Our order was canceled and the unbelievably rude woman on the phone claimed she called twice but "we didn't answer" even though we did. They hung up on US and had the audacity to say otherwise! We have the call logs to prove it! Customers are the reason you have a job whether you like it or not. A little respect isn't a hard ask.

The pizza was uncooked. They did not add the mushrooms that I paid extra for on my pizza. The staff was not attentive because they were too busy watching the game. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

We have ordered before from the 10th street Pizza Hutt and it's always been good, the food, the easy pick up and dealing with the team that works nights is easy, these guys are hard workers and they always get our order right. Please please keep these guys.
