I ordered a salad for pickup. Upon opening the bag, I thought to myself whoa that’s A LOT of wonton strips. Basically could not see the salad underneath. Because of the sheer overload of wonton stips, I began to pick 3/4 of it off because it defeats the purpose of ordering a salad to eat a bunch of fried carbs.As I was picking them off, I came across a stem piece of romaine that was clearly old because it had gone pinkish/red. And then I work my way through the salad, only to continue finding piece after piece of rotten stems. To be completely honest, this isn’t the first time this has happened with this place but it was never this egregious.When I made it through the whole salad, I found a rotten piece of straight up core and a disk shaped nub of a carrot. Mind you, the carrot comes shredded in this salad. Look at the pictures. This “salad” was equal parts rotten stem pieces to fried wonton strips. Sad because I order from here pretty much every week.Lettuce isn’t meat. It’s fairly inexpensive and doesn’t require cooking. Don’t pre chop your salad veg if you’re not going to throw it away daily.

I came on a Monday evening with a friend, not crowded at all. Jake was incredibly helpful with some changes to our food order and getting things around the restaurant. Chicken was juicy and fries were very crispy and delicious! Highly recommend!

Omg when I say this was a pleasant and delicious surprise for my tastebuds. I enjoyed every bite of my tacos , hotdog , fries , and salad. I had to ask for forgiveness because I couldn’t stop eating until I had tasted everything in its entirety.Vegetarian options: Almost everything
I ordered through the foodsby app at work. As shown, the box was open and rice everywhere in the bag. I thought when i ordered it was going to have sauce or something on it. I basically have chicken fingers over rice. The coleslaw has no flavor at all. The cookie is supposedly baked from scratch but I doubt it.

It is a really good place to hang out and have some wings and watch a game. Food is delicious with friendly staff. Liked the place overall.
I cannot rave enough about Ponko! My favorite locations are Chamblee and Decatur but the food is consistent regardless of location. Great food, great atmosphere, great service, & clean . The tacos and fries are my favorite but again, I’ve never had anything I didn’t like.

I’m a first time customer and will definitely return.Today, Oct 19 2023. I have returned and order another meal (Ponko Taco Meal& island veggies). The food is delicious. Love the sauce!!

Received my food cold knowing, packaging also looked like they just rushed it in there. Was absolutely not satisfied with my order at all.EDITED:Ugh as much as I loved going to Ponko Chicken, I think today might be my last time at this location. Last week I received my food cold and packaged carelessly. Today I decided to give it another try but from the moment I took that first bite of my chicken, I felt nauseated. I wish I was exaggerating but the chicken tasted awfully rotten. I’m beyond flabbergasted. The food also seemed VERY dry than what I’m used to them making it as.
