The food is great, but it is way too loud in there some nights. There is absolutely no reason to have speakers at full blast at a *sit down* restaurant. You’re driving away customers that want to sit down and have a meal and conversation with the people they came with. We decided to get our food to-go because we had to yell to hear each other.

The chicken plate and the green beans were incredible! The Ponko Palmer was also very good if you like sweet drinks. I also appreciated the customer service. They forgot part of my order, but made it right when I came back and inquired. So glad I stopped here on my trip to Atlanta.

Mr Rob has a bad attitude and that's because I don't tip, he got upset and my order of two ponko plates he only put a fork and no sauces no napkins, very bad service at that time the date is 3/29/2022 and the time it's 1:04:36 pm

I love this place! I get the original flavor chicken which is Teriyaki flavor and it’s so good. Their fries are so good and tasty! I go for lunch as I can get me a full meal for under $11 and it’s great and I can save some for later. The restaurant itself is clean and very nice.

BEWARE: The price you see on the menu is a cash discounted price, and you will have to pay 4% "convenience fee" for using a credit card.The only place you see the notice is a small sign they placed under the tip box. Whether this is intentional or not, it feels extremely deceptive as a customer.Also, please update the prices on the paper menu. They don't match with the updated prices and confuse customers.

My 1st time going to this place was horrible. I knew then not to come back, but I wanted to give them a second chance. Just came today to get a side of sautéed vegetables. When I open the box, there was literally four pieces of broccoli inside—for $6. The chef had an attitude when I questioned the portion. Stay out of this place! There are SOOO many better options in midtown

I actually love this place. I love their rice they grilled chicken the hotdogs. Everything is amazing. Great customer service, and everyone is very friendly and greeting.
One of my favorite places in Midtown for a quick bite. Service is good, food comes relatively quick, and their trivia on Wednesday nights is fun. I usually order the OG 3 piece chicken but have recently been replacing with the 4 piece tofu, which is just as good — if not better — than the chicken. Portions are a good size.

Aside from the food being phenomenal the service is amazing. I had a longer than usual wait for an order of rice and when it was ready the manager gave me some cake. These are the little things that keep people coming back.

This place was amazing. I was here during the Halloween weekend for AWA. The BBQ chicken tenders were one of the best I've had. I was really pleased that they also carried Organic ketchup. Good to see that Heinz isn't having a monopoly with the ketchup here in this restaurant. The fries were good too and I really enjoyed the Matcha lemonade as well. Just wish they had free refills for that as well. Only thing that was mid was the potato salad. I had to mix that with my chickens and fries since it was cold and not too flavorful. I would highly recommend the chicken tender combo though it was a decent price for the meal. I figured I would want more tenders but I was actually surprised that 5 pieces easily filled me up. 5/5 I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in Atlanta. I hope they consider opening up some locations up north in New York, Jersey or in PA. This would give bonchon a run for their money.
