I came by this evening about 7:44 place an order to go. Once I get home, I noticed I had all this chicken. No rice and beans and not my two apple pies. Now I was feeling for those apple pies and the rice and beans. I would like to get a refund to this order. I tried calling but no one is answering. I do understand that you guys are busy especially with the location. I could barely hear the young lady over the loudspeaker but she can hear me pretty well so I don't know how she messed up my order. I am disappointed, because I don't like going to the one closest to my house.

Extremely slow! No sense of urgency! Don’t go unless you have 30 mins to spare waiting in line. Even when there is no one in line they take FOREVER!… Doesn’t matter if it’s 1 or 12 cars. They take all

Came close to closing time on Saturday really appreciate the good customer service from the manager
Food was good. They wait time was super long even though I had paid online already. They forgot half of the order, and when I tried to go back to get it, the inside had closed and the drive thru was wrapped around the building!
Serving attitude eyes rolling and teeth sucking. Came up to the window cause No one answered on the speaker. Pulling up to the window i guess I broke up theconvo they were having I was told to go back around to order because it has to be done at the speaker. Then it took 20 min I was told to pull up while I wait for my order. This ain’t the first time.

Place is packed I’m trying to picked young lady/teenager working the front alone. The manager never looked up from helping the drive thru or sent someone to the front to get the line down. I’m picking up my own door dash. When the young lady tried to make my order she told the manager and ppl in the back she needed wings. Me and 2 others had to wait 30 mins apparently no one put the wings on! And when I got my order it was short 2 wings!! Horrible!!!
When we got in, the staff was loud and fighting. They were doing whatever they wanted without doing any orders. When they did orders, they used their bare hands to handle the food. It was absolutely disgusting. When someone called them out on it, they ignored her. Never going back here again.

I literally support this place all the time and the last few times I’ve been very very disappointed. My order is wrong. The service is bad. And tonight I asked for an Apple pie with my order and they said they were out but when I was behind the person in front of me, they gave her 2 Apple pies. I only asked for one with my order. I don’t like to make a big deal when I go out because sometimes the staff is over worked and the customers are horrible, so I get it. But after tonight. I’m done with being nice and letting it go. My order was not what I ordered but I didn’t take it back. I didn’t get my Apple pie even though I ordered it with my order and when I got to the window and asked again, the clerk even said, “ We gave the last 2 to the driver before you.” So it’s cool. I won’t go back. But I got so irritated that I decided to leave a review.
