Such a cute coffee shop! I stopped in for a quick coffee drink. I love the decor and the service was top notch! I had the fig latte with oat milk. The drink came up quickly. I enjoyed it. However, I must admit it had a light flavor. My friend was not crazy about the drink. However, I loved it and would order it again. Just as a heads up, they have free parking out front, as well as an attached deck. I was told that if you park in the deck they do validate parking. Id in the area, I think you should give them a try!

Just an FYI their hours are "off" - would recommend you call before you arrive I drove here for a place to work for half an hour with a coffee and even though the sign and Google said that they would be open, they were closed.

Coffee is one of my favorites in the city! Definitely enjoy picking my daily dose while also enjoying the space for wfh vibes. Would recommend going there with a full battery since there are limited outlets

Prevail Union is one of my favorite coffee shops to stop by whenever I need to go on a short morning walk. It's located on the first floor of an apartment complex called Sentral and the parking garage is right beside it. (I'm not sure how much it costs and if they validate parking.) The shop itself is small, but because it is conjoined with the apartment there's plenty of seating throughout. There's even a library aesthetic lounge area located in the back around their mail room. Note: I only noticed outlets in the lounge area if you're looking to do some computer work during your stay. Also free WiFi! As for their coffee, I have tried the HVR (Honey Raspberry Vanilla) Latte, Fig latte, and Alabama Stinger (cold) - all three part of their signature drinks. My favorite is the Fig Latte since I feel like the flavor really comes through every time. The staff has always been friendly and I love their taste in music.

Nice ambiance and friendly staff. I like their flavors for their beverages, though sometimes you can't taste them enough in my opinion.

Such a cute place but parking is definitely NOT free, contrary to what it says in their “About” section. I paid $13 to park for 1.5hrs in the garage. Turned into a very expensive latte!Edit: They saw my note about the parking and reached out to make it right. I was stunned by the gesture and have truly never seen customer service like that. A wonderful cafe and clearly run by wonderful people! Updates my review to 5 stars

I wanted to write a good review when I first walked in. The ambiance is nice, love the layout, my partner and I just moved here. We thought we found a cozy coworking space..... we found a spot, got set up, I took one client call, had only been in the building for about 30 minutes before I went to place an order. I was greeted by a guy who seemed really pleasant at first, I asked if there were any vegan pastries, he said no..I told him it was my first time there and I wanted a matcha, I placed my order and after less than a minute I thought about how I need to have food on my stomach before I drink matcha. By that time he had already resumed his conversation with 2 customers and his coworker over the counter/expresso machines, I had to get his attention to let him know I wanted to change my drink.... He immediately got an attitude and said well we are already making your drink and I said yes I understand but I just don't want to be sick for the rest of the day because I didn't consider eating first, and he said well I can change it but you need to be more mindful next time with the most snarky passive aggressive tone.... And I felt extremely disrespected because I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, have been a barista myself, and understand that customers change their minds all the time, as well as baristas make mistakes, and you just dump the drink, log it on the waste log for the day. I feel that his response to me was completely uncalled, it made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him and I was getting ready to pay for the drink. I responded and told him that his comment was rude and that he didn't need to say that. He kept going back and forth with me, by this time all the other customers in the space could hear the argument. I decided that I no longer wanted the drink nor to be in this space, so my partner and I packed up and left. I will not be back. This was unfortunate because I went to another coffee shop today and it just didn't quite hit right, but when I came here, I was wow'd by the aesthetics and the feel.... I'm truly disappointed. You should never make a customer feel like an inconvenience, especially after I tell you it's my FIRST TIME, or ever really.....

Sigh. I had been wanting to try this place for sooo long because of the great reviews, but it was such a let down. I can't even remember what coffee I ordered but I was supposed to have notes of orange in it, and I swear I didn't get any indication of any sort of flavoring. That aside, I also didn't think that their espresso roast was anything to write home about. I like a strong, but smooth, roast, and this just didn't fit the bill. I'm sure plenty of people enjoy this place, but I think that there is much better coffee in Atlanta.

Let me say I met someone there to do an art drop off for a show... No coffee or food ordered but I will give a five for the vibe no weird looks or weird vibes at all. Interestingly enough though, I felt restricted, as if I should not speak loud like a library. Wouldn't do a date here at all, even though it's all decked out like a hotel lobby. Perhaps it is a lobby of sorts, since Sen+Trails is connected ...who knows what kind of hidden unartistic architecture they got going on. But anyways I digress, the spot is cute but there is no real parking maybe in a paid deck nearby but that's disgusting...but as I said, perhaps it's for the residents.... however it's right by the Marta Perry Blvd garage...I hope they sent over a promo deal for business and longevity. No I don't work for MARTA.

• Chill vibe in here, the place is cool but nothing extraordinary. The mailbox area is the most beautiful part but it only has three sofas, the rest is just a lobby area.• The coffee here is mediocre, I wouldn’t visit this place for coffee, maybe get a Chai or tea. I’d rate coffee 2/5.• They have breakfast sandwiches in addition to the pastries on display.• They don’t ask if you’re going to enjoy the coffee there, so make sure you clarify, otherwise you’ll get their overpriced joe it in a to-go cup.• They validate parking for two hours.• Overall don’t recommend, there are tons of really good coffee shops in Atlanta, this one is not worth your time.

This is my new go to! I love the design and vibe of the place. But the real draw is the excellent coffee.Parking: They validate parking in the garage.

I enjoyed the ambiance in this coffee shop underneath the apartment building. I ordered a latte and it was slightly bitter. Not enough outlets near the chairs if you wanted to stay here for a long time to study. There was a dog sitting on the sofa.Parking: They will reimburse you 2 hrs

Beautiful coffee shop located in the first level of an apartment complex. Can be a little hard to find if you don't know this. You actually have to park in the parking deck for the apartment complex and Parking is free with validation for 2 hours (I think, but don't quote me?). Once you enter, it's like a little oasis! It's an old post office and a lot of the architectural touches are still original. The space is inviting, warm and filled with character. So many places to lounge, chat with friends, study or read. There's even blankets and pillows in certain areas to make the place really cozy. It has a vintage mixed with mid century modern mixed with boho vibe. The coffee (which is why we all come here right?) is really good! They make a good latte and they have lots of non dairy milk options. The only downside is there isn't much variety for food options and they don't give real cups. I hate paper cups because 1. Save the sea turtles and 2. Paper cups are ugly and also 3. I don't get coffee in to go cups bc the whole point of me getting coffee is to sit and savor it. If I lived closer I'd be here 3x a week, but I live a good 40 mins north so I just come by whenever I'm in the area.

Perfect spot to work from with plenty of seating and some outlet availabilities. It can get a little loud with background noise from cafe and other people so I'd suggest noise cancelling headphones or taking a meeting call elsewhere. Cafe staff were friendly and welcoming offering a chat to people sitting at the bar or waiting on their order. I came for the coffee but stayed for the company. Highly recommend and coffee is well priced. I had the Americano and it was just the right amount of bitter without being distasteful. Ambiance is classy but casual wear welcome.
