Very mid-level Mexican food, it wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The service was okay, kind of slow.

I never right reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel like the management needs to know how checked out their wait staff is. I was brought the wrong order and the girl said “I think you ordered shrimp but they gave me fish, sorry.” The fish taco wasn’t bad, but the fact that they knew it was the wrong order bothered me. Also I ordered a glass of wine early on. Gladly would have ordered one more. Really wanted one more. But our server never came by to ask. Every time I looked at him he was on his phone. My friend had to ask multiple times for a lime. Never refilled our waters. We still tipped 20% because I know they work hard but I really feel they were checked out and I never treated my customers like this when I was in customer service.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always delicious! They have a menu with specials that change so it’s always fun to try new things. I highly recommend the empanadas, guacamole, and charro beans with your meal. The margaritas are perfect, strong without being too sweet. The whole place is incredibly clean. They have a patio as well which is fun during nice weather. It’s family friendly but would be a great date night as well.

Great atmosphere and beautiful building. Awesome service. Great place to go for drinks. Unfortunately all of that is somewhat ruined but the food which is below par. It tastes like if a cook guessed what Mexican food should taste like but has never eaten any. It has all the ingredients but no flavor. It looks pretty and interesting but tastes like well rice, beans, lettuce, and sour cream. Desperately needs better seasoning and/or sauces(salsa).

queso was yummy, but the traditional salsa (which they charge for) tasted almost like marinara sauce, it was weird. the verde and chipotle salsas both tasted like they had been loaded up with liquid smoke, they just weren’t pleasant. luckily our server swapped the traditional salsa for a different one which was decent. manager was nice as well.the birria tacos, however, miss the mark big time. the consome tasted like it was made from instant beef concentrate. i ate them because i was hungry but it was just not exciting. when they accidentally brought me 2 instead of 3 i said please just charge me for two.been eating at pure restaurants for a decade but this was just meh all around, unfortunately

I ordered the birria and carne asada tacos with rice, refried beans, and salad. I think food-wise, it lacked flavor for me compared to other places I have visited. The lamb in the birria tasted very gamey for my liking. The steak in the carne asada tacos was a little bit better. I am used to flour tortillas for tacos but this establishment use corn tortillas and that was okay. The consume for the birria was missing a depth of flavor that I did not feel like it blended well with the taco. I think the refried beans was my favorite out of everything on my plate. I think for the price I paid for (around $50 tip included) for 5 tacos and the sides, it was not worth the price point. Service was great and my Server Ray was attentive and welcoming.

Id give more stars but, when i place an order food like a (steak burrito), and it makes me instantly think of a 1980’s commercial where i say“where’s the beef?!”That’s pretty bad… this entire world has gotten exceptionally cheap, everyone asking $ more for less product. It’s tasty food “but” my steak burrito was all beans n rice. Sad really, because they have a good premise, just sad portion’s. Anticlimactic cuisine

Service is great, food is good especially their salsas. I had the fish grouper tacos and friends had bowls, quesadillas and fajitas. Everyone was happy with their food.

Our server never showed, fortunately, the host was helpful and took care of us. A glitch. Happens. We'll go back.

Pure Taqueria is our absolute favorite date night spot! The queso is unbelievably delicious, with just the right blend of cheesy goodness. The pickled jalapeños add the perfect kick, and their quesadillas are out of this world. The flavors are a true delight, and the cozy ambiance makes every visit memorable. If you're looking for a spot to elevate your date night, Pure Taqueria is the place to be!
