Went to pick up an Uber eats order, was told to go next door. Next door (pure cafe) told me to go back to this place. I don't know if they were just giving me the runaround so they didn't have to work, but I'm pretty annoyed. It was a good order.

Don’t let people lie to you. I was told this was the best place to be and I was so disappointed when I finally visited. The drinks are not good and the waitresses are rude. They will literally sit there smoking hookah and ignore you even if they look at you dead in the eyes they will not help you.

I've had take out and delivery from this place before and it was great! This past weekend I tried to pick up through UberEATS and on here it said they're closed at 3am I ordered at 1:30am and they closed after 2am without apologizing. Never again.

Waited over 40 min for ONE delivery order. Slow service, and I wasn't even able to go inside, an outside bouncer had to go and get the food. I also wasn't told how long it would take or the estimate for the order, just had to wait.Uber eats, door dash, grub hub drivers etc. beware this place has very very slow and not efficient service.

Hookah was cool . But the staff treat the people who are not getting a section like crap ! They get a 1 star for not being polite to people who are out of town & have no idea how the place works !

When I tell you the prices are you high as hell!!! Omg the food is so spicy just so hard to eat it.The young lady that serve us was so nice and the owner too but not worth the food and also THIS IS NOT A ETHIOPIAN RESTAURANT. If I was Ethiopian I would be offended.Over all great music and service ?

No one to be seen when walked in. Had to announce that I was there. Then, unnecessarily rude and unpleasant staff informed me that by asking how long food order was going to take that I was slowing her down and rushing the chef!!! She also informed me of my option to wait probably 5 mins maybe 10 or cancel the delivery. Absolutely surprised by her treatment towards me. Then a gentleman witnessing this walks to the back and brings out the already complete order sealed and ready to go with customers name on it. The lounge was closed and not another customer in sight. Inside of the place looks cute and enjoyable as a lounge and I understand that these are stressful uncertain times for all of us. No excuse really for being flat out disrespectful.
Made reservations only to get there and they had not set up anything. No one greeted us at door no was at bar. We stood there for ten mins only to hear all the staff in kitchen. Never got a chance to sit down or meet anyone so we left
