Five stars for a fast casual sandwich shop serving gourmet sandwiches and unexpected options like fully loaded baked potatoes. Rising Roll is a great option for a fast lunch in Atlantic Station. I work in a nearby building and this is my favorite lunch spot. They serve "gourmet" sandwiches at reasonable prices. My current favorite is the pear and goat cheese turkey sandwich. It's served on a large roll and has a generous amount of toppings. For $8, it's a steal. They also offer haas avocado as a topping! Another fun option is the lodes baked potato; it's a giant potato and you can add a ton of interesting toppings. They also serve soup, wraps and hot sandwiches. As far as sides, you can get chips, pasta salad or fruit. They also serve coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. As this is a breakfast/lunch place, I think they're only open until 2:30 or 3 so don't be late! Overall, this is a great option for a fast casual lunch sandwich that's a cut above standard.

Fantastic holistic food with great baked good options. The staff was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. They are also willing to sub out anything that you do not want or need. Can't recommend this place enough.

The have smoothies but not non-dairy options. Southern grits with zero salt or flavor. They put the cheese ON the grits instead of IN the grits. Then they gave me a spoon, not a fork to eat grits. The rating are low for a reason.

I work in Atlantic Station and go to Rising Roll almost every day. They do a good job - the food and coffee is very serviceable. What would make the great - hotter coffee, warmer service and heartier sandwiches. Net net - good place for lunch!
