This location is under new management so the older reviews DO NOT reflect this location. Sean and Chantelle greeted me and my family warmly and even helped me decide on what to order as I have a nut allergy. The attention to details with myself and other customers set a lasting impression. This location is at the bottom of an office building but parking is free and it is a short walk downstairs and easy to find.

I often come to Rising Roll simply for the convenience, the food is bland and overpriced. However, I will no longer spend my money here and will be sharing my experience with everyone I know in this building because of the service I received from Madison today. She intentionally overcharged me and has a nasty attitude. Never spending my money there again!

I often come to Rising Roll simply for the convenience, the food is bland and overpriced. However, I will no longer spend my money here and will be sharing my experience with everyone I know in this building because of the service I received from Madison today. I had ordered a wrap and decided to get a drink/chips with it minutes later. When I went to the register, Madison rang me up and stated it was $4.43. She then asked if I wanted a receipt. Immediately I knew she overcharged me because I've never been charged that much for a drink/chip combo. When I'm done filling up my drink, I walk back up to the register to find Madison still there messing with the computer - before I could say anything, she immediately said, "I know" and went to refund me. No apologies, no kindness, just attitude. The context of the situation deff says she purposely overcharged me - which is weird because I've always been nothing but nice and kind to them. Then, when she charges me again, she doesn't charge me for a combo, even though I just bought a wrap, she charged me separately for the drink/chips which is more expensive. When I kindly asked why she rolled her eyes with attitude and said it was 2 separate transactions so that's why. I told her I'm still eating my wrap, though, and it was the least she could do since she overcharged me. She rolled her eyes again with attitude. So instead of no apologies, I got, "next time order a combo when you order your food." I will NEVER be spending my hard-earned money on his overpriced, bland food - especially after dealing with Madison's attitude and intent to overcharge me.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE!! No organization and management does nothing to help. Ordered a veggie original without cheese or mayo (vegan) and one lady with eyelashes that should be worn out to club, took my order, started to make it and then walked away. 10 mins later I had to ask the manager where my sandwich was and the original lady yelled 'oh ya I forgot to tell someone to make that'. ARE YOU FLIPPING kidding me?? I didn't even have the worst of it - another customer had to ask 2 times where her food was. The cashier basically looked at her and then turned to the manager and said 'Talk to customer'. Learn basic manners! Only going here when I'm desperate and don't have time for anything else!

I'm honestly disappointed. I just saw a new note on the drink dispenser here at your location in the 777 building in Fort Worth stating that "due to health concerns" no outside cups can be used for refills. I've enjoyed your store for many years and being able to purchase a drink and refill with my personal insulated cup throughout the day. I guess the visit from the CEO when he asked me about that rubbed him the wrong way. He sees it as loosing profit since I'm not spending $2.00 per drink all day. Well, now they're losing any and all purchases from me. I can get a better and cheaper sandwich at many places in downtown and bring cans of diet coke from home.

This place used to be great but over the last 3-4 months, the food quality has gone downhill fast. You can tell when you're eating that it's not fresh. The chicken is tough and chewy, the turkey has a spoiled/gamey taste, and the veggies are comparable to subway. Very disappointing because my office is in this building and it's super convenient but I just can't eat it anymore.

The food is great, but if your order varies at all from the menu, count on them not getting it right about 1/3rd of the time.
