I waited 20 minutes after ordering to find out my order was wrong. They didn't prioritize remaking it so I have been sitting here for 40 minutes and haven't eaten. It isn't busy: just a couple other people in the restaurant. The staff are generally unhelpful. The music is too loud. It's in a nice, touristy part of town. Update: I never got my food. They had to give me a refund. Kids never got ranch dressing. They were out of it. They're also out of cheese for the cheese fries. They don't tell you this before ordering though they just let you pay for it and not give it to you. Second update: All the restaurants in the area close at the same time. So I went to bed hungry. Thanks Rock's. Response to owner: 1. I never received my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I had to get a refund. It took 40 minutes the rest of my family were already finished eating 2. You weren't busy. You say this in a lot of your responses. That night, you weren't. 3. I was told by the cashier you were out of cheese. After the food came I asked for ranch for the wings. The cashier told me you were out of ranch. 4. I asked the cashier if that meant that my ranch chicken sandwich was going to be missing ranch. He said it would be missing the ranch dressing. After the 40 minute wait of not receiving my sandwich and after finding out that it would not in fact have ranch on it, that's when I got the refund. Sir, I'm just stating the facts. Either your workers were lying to me or you are now. Either way it reflects poorly on your business.

I work at the GWCC Convention center nearby .. A coworker recommended this place and it did not disappoint..Everything is excellent..I evened had a friend from Chicago say their chicken sandwiches are the best he's ever had ..I'm a regular.. please try, you won't be disappointed..
