I wanted some shrimp Alfredo. Wasn’t what I expected 4 shrimp/ watered down/ with no taste or seasoning. I should have just went and got it from red lobster like I was ? this was the worst shrimp Alfredo I paid 19.00 for. I came how added my own crawfish tails and seasoning. I literally had to recreate it so I wasn’t wasting

This place is perfect for late night munchies. The food is decent and the menu is extensive. Happy to see they have done some updates on the interior over the years.1) if you go inside you WILL SMELL LIKE FRIED FOOD - appears they need better ventilation and/or to change the grease more frequently2) The fried Shrimp and fries is TOP3) I hate hand written signs!4) Wish they had a better(professional designed) street sign.5) Staff is ok, not rude but could be a little friendlier(mainly the men who appear to be management or owners)6) The glass needs cleaning ALWAYS ?

Vegans beware. I ordered the Vegan artichoke & red pepper pizza but got a plain regular cheese pizza instead which made me very sick. Sadly I used uber eats and wasnt able to get a refund. Very disappointed with the overall experience for the $50+ I spent.

If I could give 10/10, I would! I always get the fish and whole wing combo and they never disappoint. Always hot and fresh, seasoned good, and open late nights. Honestly can’t go wrong

I ordered from this place via their website which is hosted by a company called Menufy on 10/18. My daughter and I had been out at a show and it was late so we ordered delivery. I waited on the porch for the order. When it hadn’t arrived well after the estimated delivery time I contacted the restaurant. They told me that my pizzas had been delivered and signed for. I told them that I was waiting on the porch and no one had arrived. Maybe someone had “signed” for my order but it certainly wasn’t anyone at my address as I had been waiting patiently on my porch. No cars even passed my house, which incidentally is less than a mile from the restaurant. The driver told them he delivered my order to a White House with black trim. I live in a 100+ year old unpainted brick house. They basically accused me of lying. They refused to resend my order, but stated that they would refund my money, but it would take 48 hours. No surprise, they did not refund my order. I will be disputing the charges to my credit card company, but I’m super bummed that they wouldn’t just make it right. My kid and I had been having a really good night where I took her to see a punk rock band she really likes. We were going to stay up late and watch Halloween movies and eat pizza, but we got no pizza and I still got charged a lot of money and a 25% tip to feed a random neighbor I guess. I’m sure this place does have folks that try and to get one over on them, but I paid like $40 to feed folks at some other house. They told me they would refund my money but they didn’t. I have to imagine this is part of their business practice. Promise a refund and hope the jilted customer forgets about it. Y’all be careful out there. I know it’s hard to find late night food options on the Southside, but this place is unreliable and they won’t make it right when they mess up.

Stopped there Thursday night to pick up a pizza. simple pizza. cheese, onions, beef & spinach. They left the onions and beef off. I realized the mistake once I made it home. I drove back over just to let them know. The guy working there initially tried to deny that I asked for that. I reminded him the pizza was $13.99 with just cheese. If that was the case, then why was it $23.99 with just spinach? He acquiesced and said he'd correct it. The so-called 'correction' looked more like scarce rat droppings than ground beef. Appetite lost. Customer lost.
Just horrible all around !! Food and service is horrible. Throw the whole restaurant away.

1st time ever trying this place so i ordered suicide pepperoni and got a regular pepperoni ...hardly any pepperoni at all and then i ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza as well which came with red sauce and I'm pretty sure it was just a supreme pizza they added a few pieces of Philly meat to ....I will say the food taste good other than they complet mess up of my order!

Absolutely disgusting the pizza I ordered was lack luster with little to no toppings. The pizza also had a terrible terrible odor. It definitely went right in the garbage. I tried to call about this and the girl I spoke to was named Emy. Absolutely the worst employee I think I’ve ever experienced in this lifetime . Please stay away from this place honestly Papa Johns would be a safer option.
