I recently stayed at the Bellyard and wanted a cheeky dessert after dinner. I stopped by Saint Germain to check out the goodies and ended up getting a chocolate mousse cake. It was so good. The mousse was so smooth! Staff were also great and very helpful when I had questions about the different desserts. There's plenty of seating as well, if you wanted to have your dessert there.

The staff are incredibly unknowledgeable about the ingredients in the desserts. Not knowing which items are vegetarian is really bad and makes it pretty much impossible for anyone with those dietary needs to be able to eat here. That being said, I don’t think there are many items that don’t contain gelatin and that’s disappointing as well.

A nice selection of attractive deserts but they seem thawed from frozen, not baked here.

Oh la la! Let me take you on a virtual journey to the enchanting world of Saint Germain French Cafe and Bakery. From the moment you step through the charming doors, you're transported to a haven of culinary delights that will make your taste buds dance the can-can! The ambiance is nothing short of Parisian perfection. With the aroma of freshly baked pastries wafting through the air, and the delightful chatter of patrons savoring each moment, you can't help but feel like you've stumbled upon a hidden gem in the heart of Paris. Let's talk about the pastries--pure works of art that are almost too beautiful to eat. But fear not, because each bite is a symphony of flavors that will make your taste buds sing "La Marseillaise." The croissants, light and flaky, transport you to the streets of Montmartre with every buttery layer. The eclairs are a revelation, with velvety fillings that are a dance of sweetness on the palate. But Saint Germain is not just about pastries; their savory offerings are a culinary masterpiece. The quiches are divine, with a delicate balance of creamy fillings encased in a perfectly crisp crust. The baguettes are a crusty delight, and the sandwiches are a symphony of flavors that will transport you straight to a charming French picnic by the Seine. The attention to detail extends beyond the food to the warm and attentive staff. The service is impeccable!! You can even sign up to receive point when you purchase! In summary, Saint Germain French Cafe and Bakery is a culinary haven that captures the essence of Parisian indulgence. Whether you're a bon vivant or just someone with a sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit. C'est magnifique!

Really nice coffee and assortment of bakery items. The macarons are tasty and so are the croissants.

St Germain Bakery is the best in the city , ambience is great and all sweets are available on display, unlike other stores. I enjoyed all my expensive sweets. Many to choose from and none look like a bad option.HOWEVER.I have a bone to pick. This is only to get the attention of those in charge. First visit we had to climb over pre closed chairs, only an hour before closing. Why.Today-Whoever was playing the loud TikTok dubstep-esk music pissed me off within seconds. Everyone else in this two story flagship store seemed unbothered we were subjected to reverb Fonk music. Not to mention it wasn’t just on shuffle. This was the playlist. Didn’t take an interest in us, won’t be coming back until I know the ambience isn’t going to suck.

This is such a wonderful little bakery and cafe. I haven’t found many coffee shops in Atlanta that have quite as much charm. The pastries are absolutely gorgeous and delicious but be prepared to spend a little extra. As there aren’t many French bakeries around, I think the price is very justified.
