Really rude lady that is pictured in the review below. Don’t take contactless or Apple Pay and you only find out at the end. Tiny portion of protein - I mean 5 pieces of Tofu and when I asked if this is normal, she got really sassy and switched me to a different server. They don’t even toast the wraps or anything. Just rude and cold.

For a long time Saladworks in the Atlanta airport has been my go-to spot for a quick and healthy, meal. Their concept is fantastic - fresh, simple ingredients, tons of options to customize your salad, and a focus on clean eating. I used to rave about it, truly a six-star experience.Unfortunately, in the last couple of months, I 've noticed a significant decrease in portion sizes. Those overflowing salad bowls I used to love seem to have shrunk a bit. It's definitely a disappointment.Update: I'm dropping my rating from 4 to 1 star. I initially rated the food 5 stars, but I've been disappointed by the consistent decrease in portion sizes. Every time the portions are getting smaller than in my previous visit, even after I brought it to the attention of the staff. It seems like this is a company policy to increase profits by reducing variable costs. Well, okay, it's their business - their rules. So, this 1-star review is just an expression of my disappointment.

Server was extremely rude so I just wanted to pay for my salad and leave and she continued to try to pick a fight. I told her to please give me my receipt so I could leave. She slammed my receipt in my hand with a hateful look. I will NEVER eat here again. Even if I liked the salad.

I had the Sophie’s salad. Tastes like it was fresh out of the garden. Even the worker there I think her name was Heaven, had very good customer skills. 10/10 eating it again!

I just had the most pleasant experience at Saladworks on Concourse C. The staff was extremely pleasant, patient and welcoming. I initially did not know what I wanted to order and the manager Whitni was so patient and kind and just had such great customer service. You rarely get good customer service in this day and time. I made my own salad and everything was delicious and fresh. I will definitely stop again when passing through Atlanta.

Mixed green salad is wet and old, carrots are tasteless, and this is probably not entirely safe to eat. Avoid.
This is the one place that I will get food from at the Atlanta airport. It’s consistently fresh and is met with friendly staff. Venice is amazing. And engaging each time I am here.
