Worst pizza place, employees have worst work ethic and horrible, selfish attitudes, inconsistent hours. Stay far away because it's not at all worth it! Zero stars!

Not sure why they are still listed as open because this location no longer exists…. Drove by one day and a totally different business is in there now. Overall was good pizza when they were open.

I'm giving 2 stars bc the pizza was actually decent. It just wasn't what I ordered. Even after being fixed once already. Instead of taking the loss I was told that the dough is "fluffy" and sometimes it's thin..sometimes not. Did I want to bring it back for another? I don't have time for a maybe pizza...I ordered this one @ 12pm..it was still wrong @ 3pm. I told her don't worry about it I just won't come back..she said cool..

Ordered through Grubhub. Order was at 1:30AM and delivery was supposed to arrive between 2:30-2:45 at the latest. 3:30 comes and still no food. Ordered the Vegetarian Calzone and Mozzarella Cheese sticks...very disappointed. Order cancelled and refund pending. Not a place for late night food.

This place is a joke. We waited two hours for our food and we are only .02 miles from the place. The food was terrible and the staff is rude and not helpful. They use door dash and did not even tell a us that it would be this long. Please do not eat here. You can’t even call to cancel the order and get our money back. This place is a joke and needs to be closed down.

I didn't even place an order I called about 5 Minutes ago and who ever answered the phone was so unpleasant I said no thank you and hung up. She answered the phone and said its an hour and half waiting time and I have to pay at time of order which would have been fine had it been shared in a better attitude.

We ordered a pizza tonight. Never received our food and Lizzie, the Manager wouldn't give us our money back when we called and told her that we didn't receive our food. She gave us excuses saying that our food was delivered outside the apartment building, called us 10x to a random number, and a pic was sent when delivered to a random spot outside - we had zero contact. She wasn't helpful, she didn't refund us our money, and wants us to call her store owner tomorrow. We just want our back. Thank you.

First time getting a delivery in Buckhead, absolutely HORRIBLE! Let's start from the beginning, they use DoorDash- Lance (driver) was the absolute sweetest, very professional! He was extremely courteous that he was given the wrong order to deliver, truly compassionate about what happened! I thanked him several times for attempting the delivery, as this was not his fault! NOW, here's the juice, or shall I say, the QUEEN OF RATCHET sh!t show! So, I spoke with Lizzy, words cannot describe this bozo unprofessionalism. While speaking with her about receiving the incorrect order, Lance was also communicating (at the same time) how sorry he was that the order was incorrect. I said "him, sorry her". This idiot (LIZZY) said, I'm a her. Instantly, I corrected myself! Okay, stay with me! Here's the best part of her POORLY, customer service! Her words: I did not mess up your order. I'm not the only working at the store. Tell Lance to call me at the store. Your order is right here, if you want it. Me: Please ma'am, just issue a refund. She did so! I called back to get the cancellation transaction code. Being a highly positioned, tenured COO, I offered her some feedback on her attitude in the nicest tone. I legit said Lizzy (female to female) your communication style is inappropriate, you cannot speak with customers in your manner. This was my first delivery, your communication style made it worse. You won't believe this! She immediately said, I don't need any coaching from you. I run this entire store. The owner knows that. WOWWW! She proceeded to say, a lot of petty people came at me today & where I am from we do not get down like that. WOWWWW! How do you speak to a customer with street credits like that? I mean that beyond threatening. SERIOUSLY, I cannot make this up! At this point, I think she realized she spoke tooooo much, she then started to say-- I do not authorized you to record me. (out of nowhere). I think the incompetent, chatter box realized knew she went toooooooo FAR with her conduct, especially while in uniform. She was like we don't have confirmation codes to give regarding a cancellation but, I could send a receipt to you via email. While, trying to give her my email, she steady kept saying, I mean I wanted you to have the pizza. Then she hung up, did not take my email! Granted, this pizza is absolutely delicious but, I will never purchase at the Buckhead location unless Lizzy is released from the company. No one should have to deal with an inconsiderate, rude, loud mouth individual like her. I do plan to contact the manager, owner, and corporate about her behavior. It was absolutely disgusting, ghetto, and beyond distasteful!

Apparently they only have 1 staff person working and I Came in 1 hr till close and the cashier Heather started complaining that I came in. She was rushing me to Order and was very rude and was not helpful at all in placing my order. She proceeded to blame me for everything going wrong with the restaurant and kept slamming the phone when she answered it. She then proceeded to swing open the refrigerator and slam the pizza pans. Honestly this lady was crazy and I won't be coming back.

No substance to the lasagna. There is no meat in the meat sauce it was all cheese and water down tomato paste.no taste at all. The meatballs were salty Maybe the pizza is better? Disappointed I was so excited for Christmas Eve to enjoy some Lasagna
