Came here for the first time 4/19/24 . Overall I rate it my first time 8/10 I order the infamous Avocado bacon chicken sandwich.. when I got my food it was no bacon . Fast forward I’m here again 4/22/24 I rate me experience 4/10 .. came here for the same avocado bacon chicken sandwich when I get my FOOD AGAIN THERES NO BACON and NO AVOCADO ON IT….i tried to return my food but I was given a lot of attitude … my thing is if I order avocado bacon then I’m expecting avocado bacon . Both times it wasn’t communicated if they were out or not . Just simply not putting it up there .Dropped down below is my sandwich with out the avocado and bacon … plus the side of bacon I got after I made my complaint … still no avocado though … I’m 4 months pregnant imagine my pain rn ??????

Very rude staff. I got in there before close and there were plenty of people in there picking up orders and dining and they told me “we’re done mam”. But it wasn’t even closed or closing time yet.

The food is good, good enough that people will pay kinda upscale fast food prices to order and then wait in line a questionable amount of time for their meals. Place can get crowded but take that also as a sign of how how the food is. And then there's the non-dairy chocolate shake and Korean bbq spice fries - so good!Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy and vegan items!

Food was wayyyyyyyyyyy overpriced. Followed kiosk instructions and was expecting food to be brought out to my table. Therefore, I left a tip at the time of ordering, anticipating a 'tippable' effort. They called my number and I had to pick up my food at the counter. I should have asked for the tip back. The only saving grace was the milkshake. Will not return and go to Wendy's instead at half the cost for comparable food and 'service'.

This was a nice visit on my bike ride route. The food was fine, the service could be better with more engaging with the customers and the time frame of getting finished order. Other than that love the outdoor atmosphere and the vibe.

The 1 piece of leaf lettuce is ridiculous. The lettuce gets hot and does not stay crispy. Shake Shack needs to use shredded lettuce instead. Burgers cost too much to get 1 piece of non crispy lettuce and non crispy tomatoes ?. Please change to shredded lettuce.
Great atmosphere, clean interior, polite staff but the burger is too much grease and sauce to too little meat (scraped half or so of the sauce off, it was literally several ounces.)Flavor was otherwise good.Parking: Kind of a hassle to park but the parking structure was free.
It was my first visit. I really enjoyed the food, ambiance, and friendly staff!
