I witnessed the manager, (African American overweight) lady, treat a customer horribly. He got his smoothie, asked if there was any dates or peanut butter in it and she was very rude with her response to him. He stated he gets this everyday and it doesn’t taste the same. Another (Caucasian younger) lady offered to make it over but she didn’t allow her to. The manager continued to be rude and argue her point that it was made properly. At this point he was upset and asked her to make it over. she started to but was talking negatively the whole time. He advised that he didn’t want the smoothie any longer just wanted his money back and it escalated into an argument. She told him to get out the store and he wouldn’t get his money back at all. This place and service is unacceptable. Due to this treatment I will never step foot in here again. I came in about two weeks ago and my smoothie was disgusting and I thought I would try again. You don’t treat your customers that way. If something is not right, learn to take accountability and criticism and do better! We, the customers are paying for these smoothies and we don’t deserve attitude every time we ask you to make it over.

The lady was mopping the floor when I entered. She didn’t clean her hands when she took my order at the register. She was constantly rubbing her hands in her dirty shirt as she was entering my order, and immediately grabbed a blender to prepare the smoothy. I informed her to cancel the order. She wasn’t clean.

Twice I have stopped by. The first time, they said they couldn’t make smoothies because the register wasn’t working. The second time (weeks later), they said they couldn’t make smoothies because they had no strawberries or bananas. These failures in the system seem like they shouldn’t happen so often if well-run. Also, should employees be empowered to use creativity to keep business operating? Ideas might be to keep track of orders by hand when the register is down and offer to take cash? Or, when out of strawberries or bananas, Publix is next door. I don’t know, but the west paces location doesn’t seem to be managed well.

Legitimately the worst “smoothie” I’ve ever had. Took one sip and knew it was unfortunately going to go straight in the trash. The color is incredibly off- the slightly more pink one was meant to be the “Caribbean way” and it was definitely not that- there was 100% no real fruit in the smoothies, it was very obvious they used syrups and purées exclusively instead of a blend with real fruit. It was disgustingly liquidy and somehow kind of lukewarm? The more brownish grayish smoothie is the “activator recovery strawberry banana” and it was a little colder because it has some ice chunks..This was an order placed during not a busy time and not close to closing. Crazy this was 16$ ;-; like bro c’mon this was supposed to be part of my dinner aha

Don’t have the separate container to make smoothies for people with peanut allergies. This is a major issue & lady didn’t have the nicest attitude about it.

I stopped in to purchase a shake on Thursday Feb 8th at 245 and after walking on the lady working asked me if I had called in an order which I hadn’t and she said she had other orders in front of mine and there would be a wait to which I acknowledged.Shortly after she asked me if I wouldn’t mind coming back later to which I replied are you serious and she said yes.I am not sure who runs this certain location but they need to do a better job of the quality of the people they hire.

Completed a online order and my wife experienced horrible customer service. The server did not wear gloves while scoping raw ingredients. My wife requested her to redo the shakes or issue a refund, she refused to do both. As a consistent loyal Smoothie King customer, this location is the worst and performed less than its other franchise locations. Horrible smell and dirty inside countertops is a alert that the state health department needs to investigate this venue and recommend they improve their serving protocols.

I’ve been coming here daily recently, and it’s been worth it! Great taste in their smoothies, efficient smoothie-creation so that I can go in and out in 5 minutes when there’s other people. The part I love the most is the friendly staff service, and I’d give a special mention if it wasn’t for the fact I don’t know her name, but as a regular, I love that I can walk in with a friendly greeting and being recognized

Always a nice experience going to West Paces Ferry smoothie king, but today was exceptional. Elizabeth greeted me with a smile and you can truly tell she loves her job. She gave me a little extra smoothie just because she was a kind person and she was proud of what she made. She's such a great employee I hope everyone gets to meet her when they go into Smoothie King.

This location supposedly opens at 7:00 am. I ordered my smoothies through the app at 7:20. When I get to the store, the lights are off and the door is closed. I never got my smoothies and now I have to jump through hoops for a refund. This is the second time this has happened at this same location. Very disappointing.

I should have read the reviews before going. Took a long time to make and the blender blades are obviously dull. My mango pineapple Greek yogurt smoothie is nothing but mango flavored ice chunks.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!! Absolutely the worst smoothie king! Under terrible management so I can see why this location sucks! The manager Aundrea and David are more worried about standing outside and smoking than improving the establishment! I also have pictures of how disgusting this place is and the rotten fruit they serve! I feel sorry that these managers are dragging the smoothie king name down!!

They take forever to make your order. Employees are walking around doing nothing, while one employee does everything. I was in the store for 40 min for one smoothie. While I was there two people canceled and it took them forever to cancel the order. Needless to say that they didn't know what they were doing.
