I just love the complete lack of customer service. And the entitled nature of the staff member who can't say "hello," "how can I help you?" but shoves my order in my face, slams the window. Just makes me want to come back.

The GM was quite rude when I asked for a pup cup for my dog. They never have the "correct" cups in stock and she refused to use the small kids cups instead and was quizzing me on which employees typically do this.

i do not recommend this place especially in the late evening. it has a daughter with a piercing,, is very unpleasant the time last my order made me sick I didn’t stop vomiting  this place is horrible, especially in the late evening. And above all you don’t see how they place your order, it doesn’t care completely. You tell them not to put sugar, they will put sugar

I’ve attempted to get a smoothie here on 3 occasions at 7:15am-7:30am. Every single time the lights are on, but no employee is available to answer the drive thru. If you cannot get employees to work when you open at 7am, don’t open your doors. It is completely unprofessional and a failure of a franchise.

They never answer their phone!!! Ordered online at wrong location called right away to cancel order. No one answered. I simply wanted a credit for when I'm in that area.

Make sure you sure up 30 minutes before closing or they’ll just tell you the system is down in order to not work.

Literally a couple weeks ago this little incident happened and I was debating if I should report it but I decided I will. I come here as a regular and as I pulled up like usual I request my smoothie and the gentleman as I refer to who might be (not straight ) they know who they are said exact words “we closed I’m on lunch.” So I I’m thinking why is there only 1 person and even if that’s the case shouldn’t you still get your smoothie but this is where it gets rude. I asked “ So does that mean I can’t get a smoothie ?” His excited answer in such great attitude is “THATS EXACTLY WHAT THAT MEANS!” As he chews over the mic , Instead of a polite answer to explaining how he’s the only one and supposedly can’t stop to make my smoothie. So I said “oh ok” he replied “YUP!” Lol corporate might hear about this thnx. Never going back!

This location is really sub-par. The customer service is average at best and it always takes forever. I'm a frequent customer but lately I've been thinking about going another 15 minutes out of my way to reach another location. I waited in the drive through lane for 30+ minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me.

I showed up at 8:10 pm on a Tuesday. Waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes, no response, I drove around the building and there was someone in there walking around.I proceeded to wrapping back around the building and let the attendant know it wasn’t 9pm yet, and he came on the speaker saying he can choose to serve me or not and he didn’t want to serve me.Never had good customer service at this smoothie king. Rude people who do not want to do their job.

Literally do not ever come to this smoothie king. Staff is incredibly rude, and they are always, and I mean ALWAYS, out of almost every ingredient. You are limited to maybe 1 or 2 smoothies that you can order. The worst part is that it is across from a Kroger where they could easily go and buy the ingredients that they need, but no, they rather not be inconvenienced. I doubt this place stays open much longer….

Don’t waste your time coming here… I stopped visiting this location because it was always a toss up if it’ll be someone there during business hours… visited for the first time in 6 months and of course no one is there on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm… please just close the location if you can’t keep staff!
