Extremely slow service when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Food came out 35-45 min after ordering and looked everything but appetizing. We left without even trying the food.

My time at this place was truly remarkable. The ambiance was captivating, though the food was just satisfactory. However, the customer service exceeded expectations. Tiffany, Andy, and Misalaya were incredibly attentive and accommodating. Thank you for providing such exceptional service. My family and I will certainly return.

Was seated immediately, Devin was our waitress Fresh out of training and took great care of us. Food took a little bit longer to come out but it’s Easter Sunday so that’s to be expected. The manager Andy came by and let us know the kitchen was a bit backed up. The food was worth the wait. Will definitely come back for Devin and

I really love Snooze as the food is usually quite good and I love the online waitlist. But on my most recent visit (March 31) the restaraunt was only half full. It’s took 40 minutes to bring our food out… you can not tell me it takes 40 minutes to make breakfast food. This is my experience almost every time I come here - super slow service and the food takes FOREVER. I also asked the manager for my check, he said that he would tell my waiter to get it and he didn’t. So also had to wait another 10 mins for my check. The manager and owner needs to get it together. No one wants to spend 2 hours waiting on breakfast food.

If ya snooze…ya loose. The food was a decent display and tasty enough, however everything did indeed take its time. Service and food time was indeed ample enough in wait time that one could in fact…snooze.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The food is amazing and the service is top tier and I am Ritz Carlton trained. Thanks to Shantalae for creating a great dining experience where we came back for a second time in 7 days. Unique and Shantalae did a phenomenal job. Definitely a hidden gem!

I will start off by saying the snooze is my absolute favorite restaurant for breakfast, so I’d be really want a good experience, avoid this location at all cost. The one in West Midtown is amazing. Go there and save yourself the time and headache. I went with my family to this location on Sunday for the first time and it will definitely be my last. We chose this location because we were staying in town for a family birthday and this was the closest one, it also said on the app that there was no wait or line to join. ( I personally love this feature about snooze because you can get on the waiting list before even arriving to save yourself the wait time.) the hostess proceeds to the person in front of me that she’s writing down phone numbers to add to a waitlist and we had to wait another 45 minutes. Honestly, this was a little ridiculous already, but we were there so we said OK. There was four families on the waitlist one of them was a party of seven, we were a party of eight. The hostess, a woman with dreads and a lip piercing, told us that if we wanted to sit together, we had to wait for that family of seven to order each pay and finish, because that was the only table in the whole location that could accommodate a family of eight. She said I walked to the restroom and realized that all the tables in the store were able to move around; I also noticed a table of 4 empty as well as a table of 2 so I asked the other hostess that was sitting us if we could use those tables and sit together. She seemed to be able to facilitate the move but before she could even say a word that other hostess came out from front of place to ask us “what’s the problem? What was going on,” when we asked to sit at the booth of 6 that we would make it work she said it would mess up the sitting app. Another guest; not with our party even offered to switch tables because she was in a party of 2. Once we sat down, we had a server named Ashton, he was amazing and honestly what, saved the experience. We ordered lattes and a couple of drinks from the bar area after about 35 minutes on waiting for a drinks that we finally asked Ashton where they were. He said the bartender hadn’t made them, but he was gonna go get the manager. The manager then came over to our table to apologize for taking so long, at that point we knew that something had gone down with the hostess because why wouldn’t we be getting served something as simple as coffee and milk in a glass. we asked our server Ashton if the hostess had blackballed us to the bartender and his response was I don’t know what she did, but it had nothing to do with me. ?Once the food arrived, the food was great. It always is I appreciate noodles for being consistent with the delivery of food but the overall service and management of this location was really really really terrible.

Discovered this place almost by accident…service was great. They did get my order wrong but what they brought looked wonderful. I accepted it and it was just what I wanted after all.

Was told waiting would be 30-40 minutes. Turned out to be 1 hour. Food took 45 minutes to be ready, and was not even good. Bacon ordered as side was almost burnt, breakfast tacos too spicy, and strawberry pancakes were hard at the bottom. First time at this location, 2nd time at Snooze, but robably the last.

Came on a Saturday and put name on the list ahead of time. This location fell short on the day I was there - I’ve been to multiple other Snooze locations that were great. It took a solid 15+ minutes for a server to come over after we were seated. My water glass had stuff crusted on the inside of it, which was gross. AI ordered the smashed sweet potatoes with bacon, which comes with maple syrup (never arrived).Maybe it was just an off day?

Came in for breakfast this morning was immediately greeted by Sydney who was fantastic. Chilaquiles were great, the sweet tea could be a bit sweeter but all in all great. Andy the manager came by a few times to check in on us. Next time you are in Snooze ask for Sydney she’ll get you taken care of.

Ordered online, food was 20 min late and would not let people wait inside the building for food. The food was a disappointment. Ordered eggs Benny’s, eggs came hard boiled, The hollandaise sauce was separating and had watery liquid. The habanero pork was also burnt.

4.5/5 Service: Our waitress was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Whenever we had a question about the menu, she was quick to answer with a response. Food: Unfortunately, some of the food mentioned will not have a pic. But here we go, I ordered the protein and veggie white scramble. It was loaded with veggies and even had a side of avocado to go with. I really enjoyed it, the flavor was nice and it was a filling meal. My dad and sister both ordered the pork belly fried rice, but with the eggs made different ways. Both of them raved about how good the dish was. I also ordered the sweet potato pancake with the toppings on the side, I personally wasn't a fan of the ginger butter. But with just maple syrup, it was delicious. My mom ordered the spud deluxe w/ chicken sausage and peppers, which she wasn't a fan of. The spud itself lacked flavor, could've used just a lil salt and pepper or even a sauce. She also ordered a single original pancake that came out almost 10-15 mins after we got our meal. Ambiance: It's a decent sized brunch place with a decent amount of seating. They also offer outdoor seating, which can also be enjoyed if you have a pet with you. This is a nice causal place for a brunch date, semi large gathering (6-10ppl), or just a solo brunch. For parking, I'd be aware that on weekends it's extremely busy because they share the plaza with Trader Joe's, Starbucks and a few other spots.
