There was a delay in our order and the server was up front and honest about the mistake. Both the server and the floor manager made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Great customer service!!Dietary restrictions: I asked for the sausage to be left off - the server offered chicken as a substitute. Well played.

Already a hard core fan of their pancakes, this was my first time eating a savory brunch. What a gem! The chile verde eggs benedict was to die for. Truly one of the best bennies I've had. Spicy kimchi bloody mary was awesome, made extra awesome by the service and personality of the bartender Dia. She came over to my table to clarify how I would like my drink made, gave recommendations and was generally an awesome person who made brunch that much better. Everything was done so well, I decided to take the pancake flight to go, and I'm so glad I made that call... because other than the always-amazing pineapple and strawberry shortcake, the flavor of the week was cookies and cream! It was the dream trio and I enjoyed it for breakfast the next day.Highly recommend snooze for your breakfast, brunch or lunch cravings. And ask Dia to make you a cocktail :)

I ordered pancakes and Every time I order my pancakes to go they put the toppings on side. Everytime! I ordered at 11:15 and didn’t pick up until 11:50 because i knew the toppings would be on the side and would not be soggy. I got them today and all the sauces and syrups and creams were on top! I asked the hostess why they were on top instead of on the side like they always are and she says “We always put them on top for to go.” For pancakes? She acted like she couldn’t do anything for me customer service wise and said nothing else. I will stick to my SNOOZE in midtown.

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and was excited to finally have the chance! We enjoyed the food and atmosphere but sadly our waiter fell far short of providing decent customer service. I actually still can’t believe how rude he was with my friend as he couldn’t understand her speech and as I communicated, he literally walked away from our table. So while the food and atmosphere was great, the customer service was quite poor. We will visit a different location or restaurant moving forward.

This is a cute place with a fun vibe. Great for families! The menu has a lot of breakfast options. I had an eggs and bacon with toast plate which was so- so but they brought us strawberry shortcake pancakes and those were delicious! Will have to come back and try the pancake/French toast menu!

Don’t come to this place unless you’re willing to wait an hour for food. I came on a Monday; it was not busy at all. Still, after 40 minutes of waiting, the server came to the table, apologizing for the delay, and mentioned there was problem with the scrambled eggs. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, I decided to walk away. They charged me for the watery coffee, and the manager came asking if I wanted to wait 6 more minutes for the food. Unbelievable.

Heard good things about this spot new on Cobb Parkway. Arrived around 9 a.m., seated quickly in a booth. Our server Charisma was very attentive. Lattes had great foam artwork! . Pancake sampler, Bravocado Toast and Bacon but different tasted great. The music is a wonderful mix. Ample free parking.

Waited for over an hour as next in line on the waitlist. Was repeatedly told there wasn't room for our party of 7, but that we would be seated next. When a table finally came available big enough for us on the patio we were told that the patio was now closed and we had to wait for a different table. After almost two hours of being next on the waitlist and everyone else being seated before us we left.
