I’m so dissatisfied with this Sonic. Whoever runs it really needs to put more effort into the food and employees they hire. Whoever is making the food is going to run this location into the ground. The food is HORRIBLE!!!!!

I placed an order at a stall and waited 45 minutes for my order. The staff ignored us, avoided speaking to us and when we finally got our food and asked what had happened we were told it was because of staffing issues. There were people in and out of stalls around us with no issues and larger orders, the drive thru was moving seamlessly. If it was actually a staffing issue everyone around us would not have gotten better and faster service.

Sat in the drive through for more than 30 minutes just to place my order, couldn't even just leave since it's boxed in. Literally the worst service I've seen at a fast food restaurant

This location was fantastic for about a month after the grand opening but it has continued to decline. There is always something missing, wrong, cold when it's meant to be hot, melted when it's meant to be frozen, or just plain burnt and frizzled. Very sad because it was amazing at first. I hope they can turn it around because it was so nice having a late night burger spot other than Waffle House available.

Ordered via the app, and pulled into one of the bays and checked in, but they wiped my order off the screen prematurely, and it took them another 45 minutes just to bring out two Sonic Blasts, along with some lame excuse (or lie) about getting the orders mixed up. It wasn't just us either, there were other cars around us with the same problem. They were yelling at customers, "Just be patient."

I went through the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon....my card wasn't working properly and the young lady was very pleasant and helpful. She even came to the little stall and gave great customer service assistance. I REALLY appreciated it. She may not even know but that small act of kindness set the tone for my day?. And the slushie was DELICIOUS

We were at the stall waiting for 20 minutes. Drive thru line was completely full. No one acknowledged us at the stall, as I pressed the button ten times. A car pulled up next to us and they took her order. We waited five more minutes, pressing the red button and still no one acknowledged us. Extremely disappointing. Not to mention every time we come they never get the order right and never give me cheese when I order a pretzel. This location is so dissatisfying in every aspect.
