I had beef steak as it’s one of my favorite meals. It was well seasoned. Rice had a few uncooked parts in it. Hard as a rock ! Mac and cheese was perfect. Black eyes peas were uncooked. Corn bread was average. $20 budget so I didn’t get a drink. Nice friendly staff. Nice and easy on a Sat afternoon.

I’ve ordered off doordash 5 times in a row twice in 1 day I can’t get enough of the breakfast. Love the variety of meats, I hate when breakfast spots only serve pork, the beef sausage is so good. And the 24hr weekends make me even love you guys even more I must come in person one day. Nothing comes seasoned but luckily my friend has salt & pepper. Love from Miami!

Service was bad ?. You can't be on your phone taking personal calls and doing business at the same time. Missing up customers orders!

My first time eating here and I was not pleased with the food. It was just OK for me. I got the smothered turkey wing over rice and gravy with a side of lima beans and sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes was not cooked all the way through and the gravy was a little too thick for me. The food was not hot but lukewarm. I gave 3 stars because the staff was nice and polite and the place was clean. I’ll give it another try but not anytime soon.

Came in Saturday night around midnight. Ordered fried whiting, grits, scrambled eggs, home fries, a biscuit & lemonade. ($20) There was only one man working the front & one cook in the back. I probably only waited abt 20 mins which for only having two ppl working + online delivery orders coming in I felt was reasonable. The fish was perfectly seasoned, sliced thin & a lot of crunch. They also cut it into nice sized pieces. The eggs & grits were fine. Cooked so you can add your own level of salt and pepper. The potatoes are cooked with peppers & honestly stole the show. Super flavorful. You have a choice btwn toast and a biscuit- you HAVE to get the biscuit. Fluffy, dense and lots of butter- didn't even make it home. Just a classic down home spot, truly delivered exactly what I was craving. Good service, huge selection & reasonable pricing. excited to try some of their dinner menu.

warning warning if you love your kids do not go to soul good its in the middle of the getto the bluff & have the most worst customer service ive ever experienced!! they are in the bluff decent people dont go to the getto for breakfast we go to buckhead, where we are guaranteed a good atmosphere good clean breakfast & excellent customer service!!! i only went there to support a blk owned business & i knew cliff the owner when he was just opening up when he was asking me out trying to date me. now he has new dentures in his mouth & forget who was supporting him in the beginning and cursed me out because i wanted to pay extra money for salmon that was already ready at 6:30am saying its not available until 11am so you mean to tell me that youre making fish thats not for sale to sit out from 5am to 11am or longer until every one buys it out??? well guess whos getting a visit from code enforcement and the department of health!!! wow to support someone for so long to have them forget the code of great customer service is disturbing!!! i referred my whole team of co workers there and they began to go and too experienced bad service. one ordered food along with peach cobbler and they forgot to give him the peach cobbler so he sent his girlfriend up there to get it or his money back & although they agreed, once she got up there they refused to give it to her!!! now my coworkers are refusing to ever go there. dont come up off of drug addicts money in the hood & forget where you started!!! maybe thats why he sees nothing wrong with cursing regular customers out stealing food or money from us and cooking food at 5am and allowing it to sit out for 6 hours or more!! spend your money wisely at a better establishment!!!

5 starts across the board. I Came in for breakfast yesterday morning and they exceeded my expectations. Yes the food was amazing but more importantly this is a very professional and welcoming staff. If you need a break from high prices you can come here....I ordered the whiting with grits toast and home fries for 11 bucks. Thier prices are struggle friendly. If you ever want to take your family out but you felt like you can't because of pricing..... This is where you go. And the food is top of the line cooked like you would cook it at home

I did a good to go order and was supposed to get $12.00 in left overs but instead i got a small bag of pretzels and 2 small pepperoni sliders with stale tasting bread as if it were left out for hours super gross and paid 4 dollars for this, pepperoni sliders weren't even on their menu at all either so received a pure mystery

The customer service was good. The young lady was pleasant and patient. However, when I received my order, it was not what I anticipated. I received a sample size of potato salad and coleslaw, while the pork chops were fried okay but very bland in taste. On the other hand, the onion rings were good.
