Went in today for something different. The barista behind the counter paid me no mind (no greeting, no acknowledgment). I was just about to walk out when Ryan appeared and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. I told him I wanted to try something different and he immediately started giving suggestions based on the beautiful day outside as well as my flavor preferences. I settled on a pineapple, mango, dragonfruit lemonade. It is delicious! I asked for the recipe so I could keep it in my notes, which Ryan graciously provided. This may be my new go-to drink! Thanks, Ryan!

Bad management. I'm sitting here on New years eve when this is the only Starbucks open in the city, seemingly, and they scheduled one poor person to run the whole bar. I can speak from experience that this is very difficult under normal circumstances, much less on a holiday. First Kroger underpays these people, then puts them in a stressful situation like this. Shame on them. Kroger management needs to staff their stores like professionals instead of greedy misers.

Gave this location numerous chances. They haven’t been the same in years. Hiring young, not so people friendly, bad attitude having pre adults. The customer service sucks. No warm friendly spirit at all. Will have you waiting while they talk amongst each other or with other coworkers! Never stocked and don’t follow given instructions for your beverages. Drinks are always just thrown together with no passion which is very irritating after factoring in the cost in addition to the time you wasted waiting for them to acknowledge you. Would give zero stars if I could.

Horrible customer service, is very embarrassing how bad people act here. We waited in line and the guy (employee) told us , he is not doing any blender drinks because is taking to long. So what is your job ? What you do ?This type of people is why we been replace for machines, no body appreciate their job now.

This Starbucks location is awful and I would not recommend it. The first time I tried to order from here, there were 3 people working and they said they were "closed for lunch" which is something I've never had happen at any other Starbucks. The next time I ordered from there, both drinks I ordered were made wrong and the employees refused to make the correct drinks, saying "oh I think you'll like what I made". Umm what?! That isn't what I ordered so I don't understand why I would take something I didn't order. Never had this experience at another location and definitely will not be going back here, especially when there are other locations in the same vicinity.

I waited 30 mins in this Starbucks with only two people in front of me then my order is wrong ? I don’t even want it remade I’m just going to stay away from this target and Starbucks forever

they never have anything here and if you ask for cold brew they’ll just lie and give you iced coffee but charge you for cold brew

The hours of operation are inaccurate since they’re mostly close. When they are open, their selection is limited due to constant out of stocks. Ex: oat milk, venti cups, etcThe service is slow and prolonged. You spend a long time in line to just find out that what you wanted to order was out of stock.
