Signboard doesn't reflect actual price. Ordered a 8oz americano and computer rang up $4.75, yet the signboard behind the cashier says a 16oz americano is $4.25. Update the signboard or the computer. Bait and switch is literal fraud.

It was good but it's hard to enjoy when it's packed with too many homeless. I get needing shelter but the smells and the coughing while you are eating. Atlanta seriously needs to have better services to help these people.

This was the single best Starbucks I have been to! I know its Starbucks they should all be the same, BUT THEY AREN'T!!! Not only did they make my drink to perfection, but every single barista was so friendly! They also had some samples to try of a new holiday drink, and everything was so clean and organized. Really look forward to returning to this Starbucks!

The only real downside to this location is that they don’t have a drive thru haha.Other than that, the service here is pretty great, the food and drinks are prepared well, and they even have free samples set out sometimes!

Finding a place to park is challenging. Don't park anywhere not designated for Starbucks. You may get towed. Once parked the service is awesome and drinks are great.
I pass by other Starbucks but this is THE only one where I truly feel appreciated for my patronage because here they truly give you the 5 Star treatment. Thanks Dustin, Artez, and the rest of the crew here for making this the best Starbucks in

The parking here is always bad! I know there is very little that can be done about it. As a person that has a handicap it sucks when someone parks in the handicap parking space. I don't want to say anything thing now a days because you never know what might set someone off. You really have to be a selfish person to park in handicap just to get a codfee

I think it’s a shame this Starbucks only has 4.2 starts it’s an easy 5/5 for me! Most of the staff are beautiful in and out, they are the reason I come back. -kbj
I usually like this Starbucks but this morning I went in around 9:50, Sunday and stood there waiting for the guy( blonde dreads) to take my order. The employee behind him notice me & said Hello he said nothing. A lady comes in & he decided to take her order right in from of me & never took mines. I stated " Hello but I was standing here for you take my order the customer says Sorry, I told her no that's ok because u didn't know u just walk in here. It's not her fault he decided to notice her and not me. He needs to be trained again on paying attention who walks in & Greeting them.
