Ordered a caramel frappe for my boyfriend and a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe with added espresso shot for myself. Watched the lady just make two caramel frappes and pour them into the cup and hand them to me. So the espresso shot was either not added or it got divided between the two drinks. No crunch added, drink was melted before I even started drinking it. Probably the worst caramel ribbon crunch I’ve had. Would not recommend this Starbucks.

Why do y’all treat your employees like that huh? I could on a whoooole rant like I’ve done with some other places, but I don’t believe that Starbucks deserves the type of compassion that comes with feedback (negative or positive). If hell exists, there will be a Starbucks with a drive thru sitting just past its gates.

The baristas and coffee are top notch at this location, but the fact that it is no longer a reserve location is so disappointing. It used to be such a treat to go here and get items not available elsewhere, particularly the reserve drinks. They no longer had the item i drove here specifically to get. The poor baristas are very apologetic and still do their best, but confided that they had lost so many regulars with this change. Don't drive all the way here for the reserve experience, it's just a regular Starbucks now. They are planning on redesigning it and making look like a regular location, so anticipate a closure.

When comparing this Starbucks reserve to the one in NYC, it is a bit of a let down. Although the restaurant is beautiful, the store does not have the variety of selections as its counterparts. I did think the staff were friendly and helped me make my decision, the baristas were also very patient as I was unsure what to try. I did purchase a cup and tried one the specialty drinks. I would like to see this location get a bit more options.

Aesthetically nice location. However, like many other starbucks locations it does lack plentiful seating especially when busy. One person unintentionally can take up a 3-person high top because tables are tiny. They could use longer tables and more comfortable chair options. Coffee was good, and the employees seemed very friendly welcoming people in. There was also some free parking!

I once visited this location quite frequently. However, I'm out of the area now and haven't been there in over a year. On Saturday, October 14, 2023, i had an appointment in the vicinity and looked forward to going there again, but things have changed significantly for the worse! My coffee was made and placed on the counter without my name being called as usual. After at least 15 min, I discovered my coffee just sitting there unattended. There was a very tall black guy making beverages, I wouldn't be surprised if he was responsible for this inconvenience. He displayed a very annoying voice tone and "not" very warm & welcoming as I've grow accustomed to at this location.My coffee was cold and distasteful upon discovering it just sitting there on the counter, I'm very disappointed ?

Customers are an inconvenience at this location. I arrived at 6:25 pm and the staff was already placing the chairs on the bar and closing down. Store does not close till 7, so this does not make for a welcoming place to sit and enjoy a drink.

Place smelled musty, the amount of dogs that were inside the store stopped me from drinking my coffee inside, wish I knew before ordering my coffee on the app would just gone to another Starbucks near my house

Very disappointed. I thought this would be like the Starbucks Reserves in Seattle and Chicago. It’s pretty much just a regular Starbucks. Same menu and everything. Don’t waste your time.

I bought this drink with Venti size but they gave me a half of cup like Tall or Grande size. I request to fill more but they denied and ignore my complaint. This staff was attitude and rude.
