Somehow they keep the drive through moving here and it's glorious. Almost all the Starbucks from my hometown have absurd wait times. I've been here about 10 times now (at rush hour) and never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes.

Barista what the purple hair had a serious attitude because I picked up my food at the drive thru incorrectly.I let her know that this was my first time at this location, I had ordered thru the app at the wrong Starbucks. I smiled, told a joke and apologized several times yet she still seemed to be very irritated with me.It was quite clear I was lost and a bit confused. I don't understand how my small action ruined her morning.Won't return to this location.

This is the best Starbucks location that I have been to in the metro Atlanta area. They offered excellent customer service, friendly barista, and a very comfortable workspace environment. I met with a buddy of mine and covered serious and light topics and felt like we were given adequate space to express ourselves and enjoy conversation Without offending or dominating the environment. An excellent store I intend to go back with great frequency. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️???

I tried to order multiple items off the Starbucks app from this location. However, everything seems to be sold out and I was really looking forward to enjoy a holiday beverage on this beautiful fall d?. I wish this Starbucks would actually replenish their stock of drinks and make me happy. When I looked on cold drinks the ONLY cold drink was plain milk. I wish they would replenish their stock and make me happy ! Thank you for reading this.

I placed a mobile order in error at this location and was unable to pick up I tried calling and no one answered the phone I have been calling for 2 hours and the line is busy and then it hangs me up. I will never go to this location there is no way they are that busy they can't answer phone. Terrible customer service even though I'm not in the store I still deserve courteous service and consideration. I would not advise anyone to use this location.

They do a great job with the service here even if they might not always be fully staffed. Libby is typically the shift leader when I come in and she is amazing. Super friendly and responsive and always makes sure I'm taken care of. Drinks are always spot on. Highly recommend this location.
