Has to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I spent 20 minutes in like behind 4 people while all the baristas where loafing around preparing orders. For this to be in a busy mall the service sucks, I strongly suggest going to a different location.

The freaking worst! This Starbucks desperately needs and employee makeover. They always have attitudes, don’t make your drinks the way you order them, you are guaranteed to receive extra attitude when you correct them. They have people skills that are non-existent at this point. What sucks is that as a mall employee, this is the closest coffee spot in the mall and the service and quality suck!

I can see why this Starbucks got only 2 stars, seems about right. I asked the guy for a venti drink and he mistakenly charged me for a grande. When the drink came out smaller than I ordered he admitted it’s his mistake but would only remake it bigger if I went back and paid the difference. I don’t mind to pay for what I originally ordered, but it was rude of him to make me go through extra steps and trouble since it was his mistake and I was left with a smaller drink. The girl and a guy both rude and dismissive. No knowledge of customer service or simply manners.
The worst Starbucks ever. We visited the mall and before leaving decided to get a refreshers like 30mins before closing. Guy told us first they were out, so I'm like is that not the mix in a clear labeled bottle behind you, it was filled up. Then he hits me with the cold bar closes before the coffee bar closes. Then the female tells us the dragon fruit was gone. Yet,we see her making a venti size after we asked for another customer, which was obviously someone she knew. Therefore I inquired and she proceeds to say it's an older beverage from almost 2hrs previous that she has poured into a new cup and added ice with fruit pieces. I'm like how would this customer know to ask for that. Lol. Right.. We were able to get lemonade but the lack of customer service, lack of cleanliness at the stations and the obvious lies requires a 0 star. Never this spot again. Most mall locations are rather good to excellent. FYI- there are 2-3 other nearby locations outside the mall. Even a Barnes and Nobles location with good pastries. They don't use the rewards though. Byeeee!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is so dirty as you can see in the pictures. There’s a lot of dust everywhere. I am totally in shock. I was going to buy some drinks for my kids but seeing this, no thank you.

1000% worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks EVER!! Rude staff. Ovens not working, so I couldn’t order any hot food. No condiments available. Was told to dig in what seems to be a trash can to find Splenda. Then an associate blamed us, the customer and called is “animals”. What a disaster!! Great way to start my work day! Thanks Starbucks!!

The lady at the register told me that Starbucks would open at 10am. I waited and came back at 10. She asked if I could order though the mobile app as opposed to ordering in store. I ordered from the mobile app, but she took someone else’s order on the register. When I received my Java Chip Frapichinno, it tasted bitter and sour. I can literally taste bits of coffee in the drink. I would not recommend coming here. This is definitely the last time I’m ordering from this location. At this point, I believe it to be a racial thing.

They're miserable and it shows in every interaction lol. They also do everything wrong. Except for the girl with the tattoos and the glasses, blond tips in her fro, she's a sweetheart and I hope she finds better.
