I had a 15$ gift card that was gifted I ordered for my husband and I and the total was 17$ and change. My card should have been charged for 2$ and change but instead my card was charged 10$ plus? Someone needs to explain because I’m calling corporate! Stealing, scamming whatever yall folks do is not right! I shouldn’t be surprised because if the location . And aside from that my hot chocolate wasn’t even full and our sandwiches were burnt lol

The most ghetto Starbucks in America. They took peoples orders online and then locked the doors saying if you want to order ahead go to another store. But they had already taken peoples orders and money.

We LOVE this Starbucks. Jada and the team here are amazing. My kiddos have a coniption if we go to any other Starbucks. Way to go, Team Cascade!Kid-friendliness: Jada is amazing with my kiddos. If she isn't working when we come, my 3 year old is disappointed.
Only complaint is the line of the drive~thru it just simply to small and you usually have to wait longer than expected to order.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to the guy in the drive through was rude he also got my order wrong trying to rush me my daughter got a chocolate cake pop when we ordered a birthday I asked for my pumpkin loaf to be warmed up and they gave it to me still wrapped in the plastic my pumpkin spice frap doesn’t taste like pumpkin spice anything and my daughter as for cinnamon dolce and they didn’t put it on the top and I spent $21 on this
