Overall, this is a good place to have coffee and do whatever you need to do or to relax. I wish they had more seating but the service is always excellent here. I always downgrade Starbucks food because of the pricing.

I come to this Starbucks all the time. Like literally all the time. I always order ahead. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:52. I waited until 3 o’clock to approach the counter. My drinks were complete but I hadn’t got the sandwhich I ordered Janeth was very dismissive after I inquired about it, She advised maybe we are working on it but she didn’t check on it or check back in with me. I approached the counter and it actually had not been made yet. While the cashier was nice she was moving so quickly she didn’t hear my order and added bacon on my sandwhich when I said I didn’t want any. She was still very nice and apologetic however, Janeth still rude and looked right asked me when I was waiting at the counter. Another barista asked me if I was fine and I had been helped. Janeths customer service was terrible and she should be spoken to about the level of care she specifically gives. Because she made it seem like I bothered her!! Rude rude rude!
I live locally, this is my first time here. Ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. They for got the whipped cream and the drink is lukewarm. Three people working and it took them almost 10 mins to take my order, when the lady called my order, I couldn’t hear her, I asked her to repeat herself and her response was a very rude, IT’S LABELED. I’d prefer not to touch anyone else’s food item and vice versa. Hire better employees.

Once again, another great Starbuck moment, experience and even clean bathrooms with amazing Cold Brews and that breakfast sandwich hit the spot , quick and fast at 4:20 - 5:40 calories for on the go IDFs , Interpol, Mossad and a few good men and a few good women. Special thanks to fire rescue # 29 for saying hello on 12/24/23Passion City Church, Staff and Volunteers need to hit this Starbucks up when you need it in a Flash!

Peter keeps the bathrooms real clean all the time here. Real friendly n cool energy!They really got a laid back and friendly vibe here. I like the the nice energy and maintained surroundings.And of course you get some good coffee madewell and served up in a timely fashion.It works well especially since there is no drive thru

This Starbucks takes SOOOO long to fix the simplest beverages. They’re so busy talking that they don’t focus on making the drinks. It should not take 15-20 minutes for a hot chocolate.
