This is a drive thru only location, and must I say, this was one of the BEST Starbucks experience I’ve ever had!The service was fast! The staff were friendly and professional! My food and beverage were made correctly and tasted delicious!

This is primarily (only?) a drive-thru location and it’s very fast. Aaron was so friendly and started my day off great! My order was accurate, the only thing I would say is that if they are backed up cars in line may start to stick out into the street.

The rude what Starbucks stands for in regards to their employees. This one does not care at all. These beverages are not cheap and it’s not like oh I went there and I got a messed up coffee one time and I’m making this review. I went three times this week ordered the same exact thing every time every time it did not come The way that I wanted to. These are the little rewards that I can give myself because again these drinks are not cheap and when you do speak to an employee whose customer service levels are all the way up there with Chick-fil-A and you basically get till oh well hate it for you , it’s just very disappointing

This used to be my go-to drive through only Starbucks but no longer. Over the past month the wait has been 20 minutes. Lines of cars go around the building out to street. Must be having labor issues. Much faster to go across the street and park near Publix and go to the Starbucks there.
