This was a new location for me to try out. The store itself was beautiful. It was very clean, organized and bright. They had a great mix of merch and beans. I ordered at the register and it was a little longer than average wait times. I will say one employee looked liked she was not a morning person and hated the world, but one employee was desperately trying to pick up the slack. He apologized for the wait, had a smile on his face, remained super calm while customers were staring waiting for their drink. He was actually one of very few baristas who pronounced my name right and handed my drink off with an infectious smile. This store was the first I have seen that had incentive boards for feedback. Colorful, fun Signs for employees featuring their favorite drinks recommendations. They even offered drink suggestions by horoscopes! . The previous reviews may reflect the one grumpy employee. Don’t let it Deter you from stopping in. My order was perfect. I even entered a contest they were running. Enter your “go to” drink and if your name is pulled you get 10% off every time you order it for the month. So A+ for caring and trying to improve on whats lacking.

This is a really nice convenient location. Unfortunately, that I all I can say about it. the workers are stingy with extra milk/creamer, etc, as if it's coming out of their pocket, when they are just hourly employees. The location is the only thing going for it. Overall, this place sucks pretty bad.

Staff is very stingy when it comes to light or no ice as if it comes out of their tips or checks. I ordered a cold brew with no ice and barista gave me a tall amount in my grande cup. I didn’t ask for room, I asked for no ice. This happens almost every time I order my drink this way. I will not return to this location, hate how convenient this location is, but can’t justify spending $5 for a coffee and not even getting a full cup. I guess I’ll save money and not be disappointed, win-win.

The barista was excellent. I gave a low score on service because he was the only one there during morning rush hour. Three other employees came in a little after 8 a.m. which was too little too late. Lots of upset patrons waiting for their morning Starbucks...not a good image for such a high profile coffee shop. The three female baristas need to improve on their people skills and talk plainly with a higher volume like the male barista. My wife was with me and mentioned this so this is not a male's sexist post. Coffee was good as it should be for the price you pay.

I work in the building so this location is extremely convenient for me! My drinks are always correct. I like to order ahead to avoid the wait.Parking: There are a few 15 minute parking spots right next to the Starbucks or there is a massive parking deck behind the building.
I sent this letter to corporate today about my experience at this location (200 Galleria Parkway) . I was there at roughly 10am.I just left a Starbucks in the Atlanta area (on vacation). I had trouble working the credit card machine so I asked the cashier for help. Before I could say anything, she reached over and hit the 25% tip button and hit enter. She absolutely did it on purpose because at first she went past 25% to No Tip and then quickly backtracked and gave herself a 25% tip. This happened too quickly for me to say anything and I didn’t want to make a scene after.While I actually did intend on adding a tip.. (1) I would never tip 25% for 2 drinks at counter service. I mean, who tips 1/4 of the bill at counter service? (2) she did this without my consent, so she essentially stole about $3 from me.I was going to kind of laugh this off, even though it truly isn’t funny. I changed my mind after going to the car and talking to my husband. I told him that I had a ‘funny’ story, only for him to say, “oh my gosh. The same thing happened to me at Starbucks yesterday.” (Different Starbucks but still in Atlanta). In his case, he put his card in the machine and the employee spun it around quickly, added a 25% tip and hit enter.Two times in two days warrants an email. We go to Starbucks regularly and now I wonder how many times this could have happened without us noticing (being distracted by our kids)?This really isn’t right or ok. In the last 2 days, I can guarantee that Starbuck’s employees have stolen at least $6 from us.
