This past Friday, January 26- after walking from the main entrance and through TSA , I stopped by the Starbucks at concourse C and was greeted by the manager and I ordered a new drink- the iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. The overall customer experience was par excellence and when I travel again I will order the same drink again ; if I am traveling from concourse C.

Welcome to Atlanta airport. Horrible service. The ladies displayed no customer service as using their phones is most important. Took almost 1 hour. Starbucks good luck with this staff! I guess I should have expected it though.

Not a pleasant Starbucks experience l. There is a person barking out to-go and in-store orders who won't let you stand in the store for some reason, and wait time was very long due to mobile orders. Just let people pick up their orders normally like a regular store. It was such an interruption. My latte did not have foam - they were using a machine for foam as though they cannot steam milk. Only upside is it's before security if you need coffee soon.

I had saw that video yesterday that The White Manager wouldn't give The black girl her stuff back in ATL Airport and The black man allows to let a white manager put his on her and he needs to be fired asap and he's a violent one.

BEWARE of Concourse C Gate 16 Starbucks. Traveling through on New Years Day. The lady who seemed to be in charge is completely rotten! Mobile order time said 5-8 min, wasn’t in a hurry, gave it 10 min and headed down to pick it up. There was about 20 other people waiting patiently at the mobile order counter. This particular lady seemed to be moving intentionally slow, like she didn’t give a care in the world that there were so many people which I thought was odd but also, if that’s how you work under pressure then so be it. But, then she proceeds to shout at all of us waiting, “If you are waiting on a mobile order you need to be behind the line!” She wanted everyone around the corner where you can’t see or hear anything. 20 people crammed together around the corner behind a rope, I should’ve take a picture it was so ridiculous how these people were being treated and corralled like cows. Most everyone moved but she continued to yell at some stragglers. After about 10 min I decided to leave because the energy was so bad. When I came back there were more new people waiting near the area so of course she proceeded to shout again. This time I just stood where I was but she looked at me and shouted, “Mam, mam! If you do not move behind the line I will stop these orders!” Everyone was whispering how awful she was and her staff looked miserable. Nobody stood up to her though because they just wanted their coffee and I’m sure that’s why she acts that way. Finally got my drink about 30 min after ordering. Such a bad experience because of one lady. She had no business working in customer service.

ATL airport in C area…terrrrriiiibbbllleee customer service. Hateful employees…I got an iced Unsweet black tea and it was foggy and so strong. When I went to get it fixed the looked at me like I had lost my mind. It didn’t get fixed. Seems like they need a good manager to train well in all the areas from the drink making to customer service skills.

Starbucks' employees at this venue seem very unhappy. The one who took my order was not friendly, nor helpful.Also, is there any coffee in the grande mocha cookie Frap.? I tastes more like chocolate milk with lots of sugar.

There should be an option for zero stars. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had and I go to Starbucks very often in Tampa.I did a mobile order and waited 40min, continually asking if they had my order, only to be told after asking 3 times that they didn’t have the teas for the drink. When I asked what else they have the barista told me “honey I’m not even a barista I have no idea what’s in it”. Save your time don’t order here

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced both of them at the airport are horrible. C17 had flies, store is not cleaned properly, took 20 minutes get through the line. I get ready to order and she has me wait. Drink tasted horrible. The second one I order just water and still had to wait 10 minutes before it was done.
