Today was my first time visiting Stoney River. Let me start by saying I am all about great customer service!!! My server was Chase. His service was superb. He was very kind, served with a smile, and you could just tell he loved his job. He gave me excellent recommendations, and checked back frequently to see how I like them. If you visit Cumberland Stoney River, do yourself a favor and ask for Chase's section. You won't be disappointed at all. The food is cooked to perfection. I ordered the steak rolls and asked for extra chimmichiri. My main entree was the cedar plank salmon (I like mines medium and it was cookwd perfect) with the garlic mash (I ordered one to go home, they were so good.) and asparagus. Those mini rolls with the cinnamon butter was just the right serving for me. If you visit Cumberland Stoney River, do yourself a favor and ask for Chase's section. You won't be disappointed at all.
In town for a conference…First time eating at this establishment. The service was excellent from the time we walked in until we left! The atmosphere was excellent and calm!!! The food was excellent!!! I have to give BIG CUDOS to our waiter Daryl. My order was slightly messed up with the fries. I ordered Parmesan Fries and received regular fries. I mentioned it to him and he asked if I wanted the ones I asked for. I said no I was ok with what I had. Unbeknownst to me, he went to get me the right ones…my husband and I was grateful because he didn’t have to do it. Some may say this is nothing but in the world we live in today, it is hard to receive great customer service! It’s the small things that makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE and helps your food digest better??. God bless Daryl, the manager and every staff member at this location.Vegetarian options: Veggie Burger was made fresh and absolutely delicious!

Everything was great! The food, especially the bread, was delicious! We had crab cake appetizers that were very good. The Cumberland Salad, my sister ordered, looked scrumptious. I had salmon, and it was delicious! My FUBL had House Salad, and it looked delicious, too! He ate all of it, while me & sis had doggy bags. The service was amazing. Jeffrey was very attentive and friendly! The atmosphere is very nice. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and left with full bellies and huge smiles!Parking: It was Saturday afternoon, and there were lots of folks at Cumberland. It wasn't easy to find a spot!

Very comfortable atmosphere. What made the experience for me was the service, Maya was amazing ?, she kept constant communication with our large group. Nobody's glass emptied before it was refilled, always smiling, great attitude,and even helping snap a couple of pics to complete our festivities ?

I got the ribeye. 2 of my friends got the steak and fries and 1 got the coffee filet mignon. All of our steaks were bland. I do not like overpowering flavors/sauce on steaks, but even the meat tasted like cardboard. I wasn’t the only one who didn’t enjoy the steaks. We had to put a lot of salt and pepper.For the price, the expectation and standard of quality should be better than most. They were friendly enough to replace one of our orders, but it wasn’t worth the wait. It was just extra butter. The coffee filet mignon tasted like it was seared with soy sauce, brown sugar, and coffee grounds and it overpowered the meat a lot. Hopefully, it was just a bad day.. but it was an expensive mistake on my part for choosing this place.

I really enjoyed the service. It was admittedly quite busy on a Sunday afternoon when I went in, and even with reservations, I ended up having to wait for over 10mn before getting seated. The premises are vast with a posh, rustic-inspired decor that you'd come to expect from an upscale steakhouse. The food however was not memorable. We had the halibut and salmon, which, in hindsight don't really sound like what a steakhouse would excel in, but... They are featured in the menu, so It's a toss up. Based on what I had and the appetizers, I'd rather the food quality as barely above average. On the plus side, the restaurant is located right next to the mall and within 5 minutes (driving) away from the battery, should you want to extend your outing.

Holy cow, the French dip is amazing. Everything is amazing. The server was amazing. Just gonna keep saying amazing. ? Docked one star for atmosphere bc it's really dark inside, but I have some vision issues. It's kinda pricey, but for a special occasion it's a great choice. Yum!!
