Ordered a raspberry filled donut with no raspberry filling in there. Service was horrible, didn’t even look at you while taking a order. Atmosphere wasn’t good. everything looked unorganized.

The young lady Unity was sooooo nasty! To tonight me & my sister drove down from Buford just to get donuts. We wanted to split our order and the girl helping us was sweet, she was taking our order & the other girl came over telling her how she can't spilt the order & it would be additional 1.75 for box. We was fine, but couldn't even speak without her CONSTANTLY TALKING!! Saying the same thing over & over. So I told her it wasn't that serious & she still continued to be just ugly and customer service is everything to me!! I love sublime but I can't do the customer service!! I prefer the other location & hate I didn't drive the extra to avoid this... Will not return to this location..... Jackie was great & apologized saying she didn't know and stated she had done it before...

Yall gotta get rid of the female (receipt says her name is Unity) working today 02/22/2024 at 4:35pm! She is the rudest, most cantankerous, bad attitude having employee ever! Sublime, trust a business owner who knows the importance of great customer service; this employee is going to cause you to lose alot of customers/business. Unity is horrible ?

Donuts are good as always. I have been going to Sublime since they opened years ago near Tech. I have never had any customer service issues until visiting the location on Briarcliff. The woman who served us had a major attitude as if we were bothering her just by having the nerve to show up there. Really need to work on training employees at this location.
