One of my friends put me onto this establishment and I had very good donuts from here. I decided to pick up some on my own and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. When I walked in, he said, woman working, looked at me through the cracks and ignored me. Only after I ran the bell for the second time that I receive service. She didn’t greet me. With a STANK look on her face, as if I was interrupting her from the profanity-ridden music in the background, she asked me how many donuts I wanted. That was the greeting. She looked miserable and provided miserable service. NOT a good look when Salty Donut is literally around the corner and have a FRESH selection of donuts with great service.

I bought a variety of donuts the donuts I ordered had toppings why would this chik pick up two donuts at the same time knowing she been picking up other customers donuts that way one at a time like she supposed to long story short don't act like u can't simply put the donuts in the box without flipping them over and knocking off the toppings and squishing them acting big mad because my family want donuts u picked that job so do it when I return and I see her I won't be getting nothing from there if she there she seem to be just rude to me and my husband I didn't see her do nobody else donuts that way but besides her the donuts was delicious

My favorite donut shop. Amazing donuts and service Hoping the world takes notice the amazing and creative flavor combinations they are able to create. A have wonderful memories of that salt & vinegar donut.

Great doughnuts. Only wish they had a microwave to heat doughnuts for just about 10 sec. There are lots of choices to try out. My favorites bowtie glazed twist and croissant glaze. I didn't know they are open 24

Go in the morning when the donuts are most likely fresh. If you wait until the afternoon evening, more often than not the donuts will be dry and stale. Nothing nobody wants for a $3 donut. We love this place and will still show support, but now we know better after having consistently bad donuts after 6pm and consistently good donuts before 9am. Service consistently is in line with donut consistency.

This place. Wow. I don't even know where to start. My wife and I had gone to a great Ronnie Chieng show at The Tabernacle and enjoyed ourselves there, and then we rode the ferris wheel at night without kids, but we were itching for dessert. Our dinner reservation had gotten us in time for a three course meal, but the prom crowd had rendered that almost moot. The tiramisu we had ordered never came in the 20 minutes we waited for it, so we had to leave, and the event and venders outside just didn't have desserts that we wanted. A buddy had told me recently about Sublime Donuts, so my wife and I decided it was worth checking out on our way home. We arrived pretty close to midnight, and sure enough they were open with two customers ahead of us. The lady working the register was a bit surly, but hey - working a late shift on a Saturday slinging fried dough in Atlanta would make most of us surly. Somehow, her attitude remained under the "hostile" line to the extent that it added to the charm - she was unflappable. No amount of dad jokes cracked the smallest of smiles, but I gave it my best effort. Sadly, all the other fat dads must have beaten me there that night. Not because the lady wouldn't smile; all the flavors I had wanted were out. My wife, who doesn't normally like sweet foods and especially donuts, got to order four of our six donuts -- a (hopefully!) once-in-a-lifetime event. We ate some on the way home (okay, I ate three and a half of the four total eaten) and shared the others with our kids the next day. The chocolate banana fritter was not as good as I had hoped, but the white peach fritter and the A were probably the best of what we ordered. Next time we're inside the perimeter (if you hadn't already figured it out, yes, I'm one of the Cherokee County dads very impressed with himself for being awake much less inside the perimeter near midnight on a weekend night), I'll angle for any opportunity to try this place again. Definitely worth going, but the coffee isn't great. They also didn't have cold brew, and it seems they may never have had it in their entire operation based on the cashier's response, so that might have been my problem.

My first time visiting. Staff were super friendly and helpful especially with donut recommendations. I wish the donuts were hot! They are open 24 hours.

On the night before (3/19/24), I called to make sure this establishment was open 24hrs. I arrived at 6:00am (3/20/24), but to my disappointment the door was locked. I called to see if someone would let me in, but the employee refused to attend to me at that time (at this point the lady and I are looking at each other through the glass door). Based on this experience, I see Sublime Doughnuts as unreliable and untrustworthy. This was my first experience with Sublime Doughnuts. I have no further interest in revisiting. I went to Dunkin’ Donuts.

The customer service was terrible didn't get to try donuts. The website stated it has vegan options but the cashier was so terrible had to walk out.

Donuts were on point as always, never a disappointment with the food. Customer service was horrible ?, no conversation about the best products or anything. We probably would've purchased much more but we just didn't feel like our business was even welcomed.

Get the strawberry and cream doughnut! By far the best. The woman working, can’t recall her name, was very sweet. Maybe working around doughnuts do that to

The donuts are not as good as they used to be. They are kind of greasy. Also the prices are higher. Lastly, the customer service is lacking. Staff needs to be trained on how to properly greet customers. ..At least say hello with a little bit of a smile and eye contact.
