Delicious and decent priced. Food is as good as you would expect at Subway and the subs are quite nice. Nothing super special but definitely a place I go to from time to time

I walked in and I noticed The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were attentive and friendly throughout my visit, and they made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. The service was efficient, and I didn't have to wait long to receive my order. We need more people like them in the others stores, I really appreciate how kind they are.

The staff were helpful and I liked how the sandwich came out compared to other Subway locationsVegetarian options: The veggie patty is really the only thing you can do at subway other than have cheese and veggies and this subway doesn’t offer that which is disappointing

Can't reiterate the negative reviews enough. How do you have a store with a phone that doesn't work. I will be disputing my charges immediately.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Subway restaurant located on 5th Street in Tech Square. Regrettably, I must express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by the employees at this establishment.Upon entering, it became apparent that the employees regarded any customer request as an inconvenience. Their attitude conveyed a complete lack of interest or enthusiasm in providing quality service. It is disheartening to feel like a burden when simply asking for a sandwich made to one's specifications. In any service-oriented business, customer satisfaction should be a top priority.Adding to my disappointment, the owner seemed to be perpetually absent from the restaurant. This lack of oversight may contribute to the inconsistent and unprofessional conduct displayed by the staff. It is crucial that the owner takes responsibility and ensures their team receives proper training to deliver excellent customer service. One employee in particular, a younger Spanish-speaking gentleman, stood out for his inappropriate behavior. On multiple occasions, I witnessed him speaking Spanish to his colleagues, discussing customers he did not want to deal with. Little did he know, I am fluent in Spanish and understood every word they were saying. This behavior is not only disrespectful but also demonstrates a lack of integrity and professionalism.Running a business in a prestigious environment like Tech Square, which houses Georgia Tech, demands a higher level of standards and service. It is simply unacceptable for employees to engage in such unprofessional conduct. Regardless of a customer's background or preferences, they should be treated with respect and courtesy. To address these issues, it is imperative for the owner to take immediate action. Revamping the entire staff and providing comprehensive training would be a step in the right direction. Emphasizing the importance of professionalism, customer service, and cultural sensitivity would greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons. In conclusion, I find it deeply concerning that such unprofessional behavior is allowed to persist at this Subway location in Tech Square. I urge the owner to recognize the severity of the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify it. As customers, we deserve a respectful and pleasant dining experience, and it is my hope that this review serves as a catalyst for positive change.I sincerely hope that the Subway restaurant in Tech Square can improve its service, regain its reputation, and provide a more enjoyable experience for all customers.

IDK who is in charge of hiring but everyone in there has an attitude. I honestly HATE going to this subway but it’s convenient to my office. Nobody ever greets you once you’re in, seems like it’s a bother for you to be there. My sandwich is pretty simple but to have an attitude cause you are there is ridiculous. Everyone has their days but everytime I walk in it seems like an issue. I will just ride to another subway before i go back to that one cause i have given them too many chances out of convenience. They are putting a small amount of ingredients on the subs anyway. It’s just not worth it anymore. Do not come to this subway.

We arrived at our hotel late in the day and didn't want to go far to get dinner. I mobile ordered and picked up at the time promised on the app. Our sandwiches were made perfectly and they hit the spot after a long day of travel. Thank you so much!

I'm at work so I ordered delivery through the subway app, my order was a relatively simple Not only was the order made incorrectly, Items were missing from the order, And when I called the restaurant to try and get the order corrected, No one would pick up or it would go to a fax machine instead of an actual phone. The only thing I can recommend go somewhere else.

Awful experience, they accept coupons but they won’t let me do it with roast beef, that doesn’t make sense, there is no limits on the coupon saying I can’t buy roast beef. And they charge me for the original price.

As a die hard Coke drinker, I occasionally will stop and grab one when out. Normally I'll grab one at McDonald's as they serve them on point. Perfectly superior to anyone else and only $1. This particular day i was walking on GT campus and stopped into Subway for a Coke. Service was horrible but I was only there for a Coke so we'll move on. I ordered my large coke and paid, not paying immediate attention and realize it's $2.60. Now, $2.60 is a lot of money for a large soda -- especially a terrible value compared to what you can buy at McDonald's. But like I said, I'm a fan of Coke. My bigger problem is that this is on campus, where primarily college students frequent. Why are we charging struggling college students $2.60 for a coke??? A coke McDonald's charges $1 for???

I ordered a wrap online & had a friend pick up and bring to me while I was in the hospital with my son. I ordered a fully dressed ham/turkey wrap with mustard & all the veggies. Got a dry wrap with meat only. Tried to call & only a busy signal
