Do not bother going to this location i came at 9:30 the door was locked and they were already packing up the food mind you their not supposed to closed till 10. How you closing 30 mins early??

Food was good but afterwards I got very sick with diarrhea and a fever. It may have been the sauce I had ranch and teriyaki sweet onion sauce. I don't know what it was but I've been to 2 different subways and had the same reaction.

Do not go to this Subway. On 12/3/23 I ordered my food on the app and was notified that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have my order ready because they didn't have many of the items that I ordered. I requested a refund but was told that I would have to go through my credit/bank vendor to request one. Needless to say that I could not receive a refund because according to Subway I had already received my order. I strongly discourage anyone to visit this location. Truly disappointed in customer service and not receiving any food after paying.

They are extremely rude!!! I have meet nice people there before but overall really rude. They open at 10 am and I got there at 10 then man turned the open sign off and sat on his phone until 10:19 and saw me at the door.

I have placed many orders here and ever time I get more and more disappointed. 2day is Thanksgiving and I placed my order with them and to my surprise, it is taking almost 4hours to deliver my order. I kno this is a holiday but I don't get an email saying they're running behind or late. I don't understand why they would use doordash when they clearly are never on time and I have had my food say it was delivered but it actually never arrived. another thing, why have a phone number but u don't answer. I kno ur not that damn busy. I want my order or a complete refund and a coupon for my next order.

Customer service sucked, I asked the young lady to change her gloves after touching several things (Cross contamination at it's worse). She instantly caught an attitude and asked me why did I want her to change her gloves. Did I really have to explain why!! If I was the health department I would shut this establishment down. Please retrain your employees. Thank you!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I placed a mobile order for a BOGO footlong for a pickup about 30 mins after placing the order. I track the process through the app and the sandwiches were showing ‘ready’. So I guess it was foolish of me to think that my order would be ready without issue since there were no indications of a problem.I arrive at the store and there are no customers there and staff were seated in the dining area just relaxing. Not a problem for me as long as my order is ready, knock yourself out ma’am. I walk in and ask about my order and they first pretend that they don’t know what I’m talking about. Once I open the app and begin quoting order numbers they somehow remember my order. They then inform me they are out of tuna. I stand there in disbelief. I ask again just to confirm what I am hearing. Then I ask why was I not informed. Then they asked if it was a “personal” order or a food delivery order and I ask ‘why’? I get no answer. I leave the store and try to get my money back. The subway app is USELESS in this regard. I’m still waiting on a refund.While sitting in my car poking through the app, one of the works comes out and tells me that they have tuna but it has not been ‘prepared’. I’m guessing this has to do with the addition of mayo etc. and that if I come back she will have my order. I live on the opposite side of town. I won’t be back.I am at a real loss. At the very least subway should have stepped in and fixed this.

They didn't have any onions.... which was strange to me because 95% of their sandwiches require onions. My steak sandwich didn't taste like expected because of that major missing ingredient. ? Tried to give them another chance, and today, they weren't open 30 mins after the listed store hours. I'll make sure I go to the Walmart location from here on out.

WORST subway in Atlanta. It is absolutely FILTHY. NOTHING is clean. As soon as I walked in I stood in line for like a minute and the more I looked around the more disgusted I was and I left immediately. Somebody needs to call the environmental health inspection agency on them ASAP because it is SO BAD. If you’re reading this review TRUST me, as soon as you walk in you will notice. Somebody REALLY needs to do something I have never seen a subway so disgusting!!! I should have taken photos as proof.

Terrible customer service.They stare at you when you walk in and still don’t say anything to you .The old, tall,brown man is very slow and is easily distracted ,stopped putting the stuff on my sandwich to look at a conversation between two other people.I almost walked out mid service.

The place was empty the one employee they had was sitting eating and i didnt even see her til i got to the counter no greeting and she was clearly upset someone even was there..she had no idea what she was doing and had a attitude just because she had a customer..this location was out of everything..wont be back ever again and i highly advise people not to go here..

Totally disappointing. The staff behaviour is or Rude and they are not properly giving the order which we are telling to them as well and on my surprise they charge me $38 for two foot long

Placed an order TWO HOURS before they closed and they canceled my order. Will definitely be calling and filling a complaint. Tired of these ghetto establishments.
