Today 04/22/24 2pm Food was okay but the lettuce was sitting out looked dried and old, the service was terrible I’m ordering my food she’s messing up on my order because she’s too busy listening to her co worker talking about a song they made in his bedroom/studio. The place was dirty it was like white ash and trash pieces on the floor the trash by the fountain was full and the again with the customer service it was terrible where is the manager!!

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would, I would first say the 2 older ladys that work there are MEAN AND RUDE, they cuss, smack they teeth when u ask them a question about the food etc. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! THIS RESTAURANT DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS SMH I NEVER HAVE WENT TO A SUBWAY AND I COULDN’T USE MY COUPONS!!!!

Was overcharged, advised the employee and was told they no longer had flatbread in the system and they charged it as a warp now, looked online at the same location and it clearly shows a 6 inch flatbread for 6.99 but yet I was charged 9.99 and on top of that my sandwich was incorrect. I look past the poor customer service when I go in there but overcharging people is beyond me

After 2 subway trips on MLK this one had the best service and cleanliness. I was greeted at the door even though my face clearly screamed frustrated and angry! That calmed me and I was able to get the order I had attempted 2 times previously! Thank you ladies for making my baby girls lunch’s for school! Real MVP?

I ordered three foot longs trying to use a coupon they said i wouldn't do it and charged me extra for two sandwiches which I didn't order then a lady who I'm assuming is the manager tried to blame me it on me saying I order a six when I didn't I just what toppings I wanted on my sandwiches also didn't include my sauce on any of the three. Both of the works were rude said they couldn't remake the sandwiches. So instead of using the coupon which would make my order come out 17 dollars and some cents the charged me 38.52.

Food was good, but the skinny lady with long black hair OMG I don’t know how can someone with that attitude can work in costumer service, a costumer ask for mayo in two sides of the bread and she said… no I already put mayo in one side… this lady is a completely AH

DON'T ORDER ONLINE!I ordered and paid online to pick up in the store and when I got there, the cashier rudely said she never got an order and wouldn't take my confirmation page as proof. She wouldn't make the food unless it came through on her register and said there's no way to search my order number so I was just out $20, since I couldn't cancel the order because the website thought the food was already made.I sent multiple complaints to the subway customer service asking for a refund and when they finally got back to me 2 weeks later, they said they couldn't refund me because they never got a payment even though the payment shows up on my bank statement.

I came to this location because it’s closer to home, I’ve been here about 4 times. One time I came & gotten breakfast maybe around noon & two older ladies were working & they were complete RUDE to me. My sandwich looked like my 1 year old fixed it. But it didn’t stop me from coming a second time, the second time I came was maybe 2 weeks later their was a new young lady there soon as I entered the door All I heard was “welcome to subway” her smile was big as if she actually wanted to be at work & serve customers, she washed her hands a proceeded to fix my sandwich my sandwich looked so eatable I wanted to sit in an eat but didn’t have time. I would normally get just a sandwich but this morning she sold me down to 3 freshly baked cookies knowing I wasn’t suppose to have them lol. I didn’t tip just to see if I would receive this same service again, this time I came 2 days later during a lunch rush so I know she wouldn’t know who I was again. She made my day she’s so beautiful & her customer service is very outstanding. This is the only subway I’ll eat at everything was good. She just made it perfect & this time I left a tip. Whomever this woman is amazing. I’d give 100 stars if I could

Waited 20 minutes for curbside service just to have to get out my vehicle and get my food because the little girl working there said they don't have curbside service. Fix the damn app if you don't offer certain services!

Everything was excellent, the reason for a "4" star on the food it was very dry. She did not offer to to put any sauce on and I did not see any of the bottles so I assumed that they do not offer that anymore. The person making my foot long was the very best person that I have ever had at subway. I eat at subway about 4 to 5 times a month. She was very professional friendly and the biggest smile ever!

Crucial Konflict

I understand some locations take no coupons but how you gone just not take 1 specific coupon. They made no exception. They didn't offer me any other deal and she had an attitude with it. I haven't had subway in a while and after that experience it'll be much longer.
