At the door three women were getting out of a car and were in front of me going in the store they walked in and went behind the counter one person without washing her hands used the cash register.Then walked to the back office area. As l was ordering my sandwich they were all standing talking in the area. After my sandwich was prepared by two other employees who had on gloves. I asked one why would people just walk in from the street without washing their hands be allowed to put their hands on items behind the counter.The employee answered me by saying they were employees going back to sign in. My question was shouldn't they go somewhere and wash their hands before they put their hands on anything in the food preparation area. The response was they were employees signing in.

I’ll start with positive that the sandwich was decent. Now, the customer service was the worst ever. When I walked in, one young lady had pulled the shelves in the middle of the floor, sitting down restocking the chips. She didn’t even look like she worked there with a dirty shirt, sweat pants, and bonnet on. You couldn’t even get to the counter to be serviced. No greeting. The manager was on his phone, another employee behind the counter mad to be there. Then, they advertised fresh avocado slices for the sandwich I ordered, but had this purer stuff. I’ll never stop there again.

If I could give zero I would. I placed the order online. Upon picking it up today. I opened the sandwiches up. The lettuce was rednoticeably brown and red. So I asked him to redo the sandwiches. He refused to saying they didn't have anymore lettuce . That lettuce was old and they were just getting ready to change it out with a new bag already on the counter. Then says it looks the same. It was not it was nice fresh and green. With no signs of being left out and unopened. When it was all said and done. He still refused to remake. Saying that he couldn't because it was already made. I told him well you should have thought about that before putting it on someone's sandwich. Preferred doing a refund over just doing the right thing. Never got to worry about me visiting here again. And will make sure to pass this exact experience from this location.Christi Bush

If I could only give Zero stars!! If you have any sense at all, do not eat here!!! Horrible service from the black girl slicing the meat on the front lines today. First, She got angry because she toasted the wrong sandwich, then told her coworker "she don't know what she want". After we went back and forth for a minute, she literally pulled out her purse as if she was reaching for something. Like seriously.....From the reviews, please iShut this place down if you can't find good help. Sad

If I could give 0 stars for these ratings except food I would because 1 and altercation happened yesterday 10/10/2023 at around 7 or 8 and I got my sandwich(tuna 12”) made but the employee was so mad that she mines instead of hers I told them and they said no yours right here. I get home and I did have the employee sandwich. I went there today after I called yesterday to tell the manager and the buff like manager said we can’t give you another because you took it I said yea cause I was it was mines when I tried to tell them it wasn’t. He said I needed the sandwich with me. I told him I threw it away and he said there’s nothing he can do. My best bet I took the dang thing out the trash when I got home and called corporate but waiting for a call back. Plus the employee who was mad didn’t even wash her hands when making her sandwich

I would give 0 stars if I could. Both online and the sign on the door indicated that this location is open til 9:00pm. When we arrived at 8:37 pm, the lights were on, the door was locked and the two workers were visibly cleaning up after close out. They glanced up to see that there were customers at the door trying to get in but then proceeded to ignore us. When I gestured asking why are they closed already (more than 20 minutes early), they offered no explanation, made no moves to open the door even though one of them was very close to the door facing outside while sweeping. They just ignored us even though they obviously saw us. Ironically this sign was on their door at the time, supposedly displaying "UPDATED TEMPORARY HOURS" which are 8am-9pm 7 days a week, according to this sign. You can see the photo evidence for yourself. How updated are these hours when you've already closed more than 20 minutes before the closing time designated on the sign? Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. Subway just lost some more customers, due to this lack of courtesy and professionalism at this franchise location.

I left my wallet in there with $400 in it all of my credit cards, my license and on returning they had my money and my wallet wrapped up in a bag and gave it to me say that was a blessing. Is there some good people there? Thanks, Subway.
