My mother in law asked that I share her experience. She visited this airport location and was so pleased with Chan’s service. She was very accommodating, patient and kind. My mother in law was beyond satisfied with the attention she was given by Chan and thought the food and ambience was good. She’ll be back!

Had 3 hours to kill before our next flight. Stopped by here for dinner. I got the grilled chicken Ceasars salad while my husband got the chili hotdogs. Salad was great, full of croutons. Chili dog didn't look too appealing but I tasted it and was pretty good! App did not work for our phones but wait staff took our order and was pretty nice and quick service.

Food was just ok. Went while waiting on our flight out of ATL. It was very busy but understaffed. Fries were cold. Server was nice and did her best but it was a lot to handle with the amount of guests. Drinks were small for the price.

I had 2 1/2 hours until my flight. I ordered my food on my phone. After I started seeing others who got there after me get their food before me (30 mins after I ordered), I asked a server how much longer to which she replied she would check. She never came back. After waiting a total of 1 hour (IN AN AIRPORT), I went to the bar to ask for a refund since I had not gotten my food and it was time for my flight to board. They scrambled to get my order ready, the chicken was greasy and overcooked and I never got my water. I felt invisible in this restaurant. I will not return here.

Food was great service was non existent. Ordered on the app- when the app went down I asked a passing server if I could order another wine and she said sure from your server and pointed at someone. 20 minutes later I left ….. feeling bad about myself!

I arrived at the restaurant with over an hour till my flight. I order the chicken and waffles and a side of okra from the QR code on the table. After waiting 50 mins, and asking twice how much longer the food would be, the chicken and waffles came but no okra. I asked for a box for the chicken, and told them I also ordered okra. I was told 2 mins for the okra and as I had 15 mins till plane started to board, I waited. No okra arrived and no one was near me the entire time to flag down. I left when my plane started to board with a box of chicken and waffle. Clearly the order was forgotten and there was absolutely no rush to fix it.

Phone ordering process didnt work. Finally had a server tale order. Took an hour to get this awful chili cheese dog & fry. If you to eat, Do Not go here. If you want drinks, loud music & a very dark atmosphere, then this may be for you!
