Staff weren’t able to make the obvious decision to do the right thing- I placed an order for pickup and they made somewhere between 75-100 bowls (I counted, I’m not kidding) before mine because they were part of mass catering orders for customers who weren’t there yet. If it comes down to making one single bowl, or making a catering order of 50 bowls, you tackle the single-order first, especially when that person is waiting already. Then the bowl wasn’t made correctly but I was in such a hurry I couldn’t turn around and go back. Huge bummer

I used to like this place about 3years ago, but the service has gone down. I went there last night and purchased (3) salads right at $60, but did not get moneys worth. I asked the fellow, why so little greens? He says, the owner is cutting back and we have to give a little, wow, as much as this s--t cost, you me to tell me she has to scale back on greens????call myself getting double portion of fish, which in actuality those (2) pieces were hardly one portion anyway. I paid with $60 cash, the guy had the nerve to go inside the bread bin and grab the pieces of bread I ordered with the same nasty glove he handled the cash with. I kindly asked him to not give me that bread and he apologized and removed the glove and put another on, as if he was performing plastic surgery, You can tell he was not accustomed to practicing sanitary habits. I will never go there again. this is not the first time this has happened. Last year about 8months ago a young lady did the dame thing she actually picked the bread up with her bare hands and got an attitude because I told her I didn't want that one either and she was working at the mobile station. This is why I took a break from this place. Nasty nasty nasty. They also so too much chitter chatter all over the food line to say they don't even mask up! Georgia is (2) out of 50 Purple states that has the worst case of viruses. God help anybody that continues to eat here! I'm done!!!!

This was the first time I went into this restaurant to eat and it was Amazing!! It was like a high-end Chipotle. I have been transitioning to a pescatarian lifestyle, and this place had so many great options for me. I loved that not only could I pick an existing menu item but I could customize it to my liking! The food was so fresh and the location was easy to get to without having to go inside the mall! I love this place and I can't wait to go back!!

Service is so slow. On multiple occasions in the last year, I've had to wait more than 30 minutes past my pickup window for an online order. I don't know if it's a staffing or a management issue, but the fact that it happens regularly is really concerning. If there were a healthier option at the mall, I wouldn't frequent the restaurant anymore.

They don’t have ORGANIC lettuce. And regular lettuce is teeming with pesticide and bugs. Also, never get asked if i want bread or something else.

I got food for my sales team here. We started eating when I found half a fly in my food. This means I either ate part of the fly or the fly was chopped up in with the ingredients. I understand things can happen but obviously could not keep eating. My work team was disgusted as well! I tried calling and reaching out online but the prompts don't allow you to talk to an actual person or leave a complaint. I deserve a refund!

This place wasn't very flavorful. The salads are big but just very fluffed up with greens and a small tiny scoop of the protein of choice.
