My husband and I came in yesterday for a quick bite to eat before heading to our gate. Our server gave us a hard time as we only wanted fries and a salad. Our food was basically thrown onto our table and she walked off without asking if we wanted anything or any sense of acknowledgement. My salad had rotten leaves throughout. While I tried to pick them out, I just couldn't do a good enough job to make due with what was provided. When she grabbed our plates, no conversation at all, no notice that my salad had not been eaten. She came back 10 minutes later with our bill and then I was able to let her know. She had the worse attitude as though I was mistaken. She said oh, I came back and checked on you. When I advised she didn't, the discomfort she afforded us was the worse. How do I tell an establishment my food was rotten? It was hard for me to even say something, let alone express it to her. I did not feel welcomed. I did not get the service common in normal establishments. I do not believe the attitude and combative nature she elaborated was justifiable in any way.

Go away now!!!! Waited an hour and 20 minutes and still never got our food! Not busy at all!!!!! Food coming out of the kitchen out of order. The waitresses were polite and did their very best but the manager dropped the ball big time. Went to the kitchen several times and kept telling us our food was coming. The last update beige we left was that (1) of the Fish and chips were almost ready!???? My wife and I both ordered fish can chips. How does this even happen.To rectify the situation the manager gave us $2 off our appetizer which came out late as well.Major fail here. First 1 start I ever given.

We had a great lunch while waiting for our flight! Andrea was terrific and so pleasant. She had a rush but was able to take care of everyone with a smile. We both ordered the tacos, chicken and Korean BBQ and they were delicious!

There was a fruit fly in my drink ! The waiter Vincent acted like it was my fault ! he got me a new drink then slammed it down in the table he did not even apologize. I also got the soup he never checked on me to see how my soup was ! then he gave me the bill , he was going to charge me for my drink that had a fruit fly ! Then when I mentioned it he said it was always going to get taken off your bill ! It was not until I said something . I’m a server ! DO BETTER ! You should have apologized first of all and second don’t play in my face . In your nasty establishment that has bugs in people’s drinks DO NOT EAT HERE . These people are rude and the food is not clean

Andrea was the best server I have ever seen in an airport. The manager was also extremely friendly. His name was anani. What a great spot. If you are traveling in Atlanta, be sure to stop into the Sweetwater brewery

OMG march 18th waitress Tunu was fabulous! After a long day I ordered soup, but wanted it spicy.. Brandon the manager made something spicy and went out of his way. They are dedicated employees and went out of their way. Thank you!!
