I’ve been coming here for almost year since I moved to this side of town, I’d get a bean burrito and that’s about it- just a quick snack or if I’m broke- dinner hahaAnyway, last time I went they gave me beef and I usually check my burrito but like I said- I’ve been coming here and they’ve always been great and nice. So I took a bite BAM first beef I’ve had in 30 years (I’m 36).It was gross I almost threw up- but also I get it- it’s fast food and things get mixed up.So I go back and ask for my order and the chick over the intercom starts yelling that she rang me up for a rice and cheese burrito and what was my problem? I was like— welll all of it if like my bean burrito that’s on my receipt is filled with beef— pretty simple request. Then ANOTHER woman gets in and over talks the aggressive woman and tells me to pull up.At this point I’m like what world are we living in that people can’t take responsibility for their mistakes and just fix it without being a jerk?It wasn’t that difficult, but the lady at the window proceeded to shut the window on me, when I tried to give her my receipt and was yelling at the back about how this wasn’t her fault and made a HUGE deal of making probably the SIMPLEST ORDER ONE BEAN BURRITO GET OVER YOURSELFShe wouldn’t even throw away my wrong order and the smell of the beef was making me nauseous and it’s just so awful to see a person in customer service be so disrespectful to a paying customer who’s simple request wasn’t fulfilledAnyway I threw them both away because at this point I figured the crazy lady probably messed with my food.What was once a cool easy cheap stop on my way home literally makes me nauseous when I look at the place.Lammmeeeee Taco Bell. I thought y’all were a good spot. Whatever have fun hiring jerk faces.

The Lady Employee took the time to show me on the Kiosk that I could make any items on the menu vegetarian.Vegetarian options: Choose Black Beans or Refried Beans instead of Beef.
Raised the price of the Cravings box $1.50 with no explanation. When other locations just down the street still have it at $5. Used to go here all the time but I guess I’ll just give all my money to the other one down the street now since management here wants to resort to pure greed.

Why is it literally everytime I've Doordarshan food from yall it's been completely wrong? I know it's not hard to read an order from experience I was in highschool once. I have no clue why I try but at this point I think I'll pass from now on. Attention to detail isn't hard even when you breathe out your mouth.
