Tried ordering online at 10:45pm with a friend when their website said they closed at midnight. Friends order goes through fine, mine gets denied twice. I tried calling to place an order over the phone and was never answered. Figured I'd go to the place and place an order in person I didn't mind waiting since it was so late. Got through a hassle of finding somewhere to park, which isn't necessarily Taco Mac's fault but still very inconvenient for the level of service we received, only to be turned away by a cop. So not only did their online ordering fail without any notice, some places add that online ordering stops at a certain time, but when we arrived in person we were turned away by someone not even affiliated with the restaurant. Try this place if you want but I'd strongly suggest against ordering later on the evening. At the VERY least have a manager or someone affiliated taking the responsibility with the public that orders are no longer being accepted and even someone answering the damn phones would have been appreciated and this whole experience could have been avoided.

This is a very unorganized restaurant. I really didn't enjoy working there. People that actually work there as waiters and cooks are great people but I don't feel anyone has the structure from upper management to succeed. Rob is the GM there and since Eric left it has really gotten bad. Rob is not a good communicator and barks orders without saying please or thank you. He really doesn't know how to talk to people. I was their for training and I was running drinks to a table and while I was doing that he wanted me to run a tray of food. I said let me drop this off I will be right back. A runner came behind me and said, "I got it". He said no Zach you need to do it. My response was as soon as I get back from running the drinks. He then responded with, "your fired". He had already gotten into arguments with 3 waiters before this due to his inability to communicate. I think the cooks cook great food and the waiters and trying there best but upper management could 100% be improved.

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order to watch a soccer game with friends thru Grubhub. Never received my order. We waited 2 HOURS. Did not hear from either. I called and no one picked up. I understand it’s a Saturday night, but no one should have to wait 2 HOURS for their food. Never ordering from here.

If you are planning on going to eat anytime after 7:00 pm, I suggest you just pick somewhere else or call first. The management is ghetto. You get there and they won't seat you, even though there are many tables open. Stating they are short staffed. They close the kitchen every night around 8:30-9:15 and won't serve you, again stating that they are short staffed. Even though the staff will be sitting at the bar eating and watching t.v. They don't adhere to there posted hours and just close whenever they feel like it. It's ridiculous!

Layla was a great waitress she was super sweet and attentive. The issue I had with the food was the chicken wings were over cooked, the manager Rob approached our table because we sent the wings back to be remade, instead of apologizing he stated very aggressively that wings have to be cooked 13 minutes and that he could remake them but they would be the same. If that is the case I understand but his approach to my table being aggressive was not the way a manager should handle the situation never apologized or anything. They remade the wings and we still couldn’t eat them.

Loved our waiter Ernest! But from the front door until we left the building the customer service was excellent! Highly recommend the marquarita with the tequila shot and strawberry!! Food was great too. When I eat out the experience is more important to me than the food itself. I got the total package here!!

My family and I had a nice meal here, and everything was flawless, especially the drinks! My husband had a La Gloria Margarita, and Bittersweet Afternoon was the best drink I've ever had at a restaurant, period (citrus is my favorite flavor of anything sweet + this drink was well made and not sugary)! We would definitely come again.

The waiter Steven was good server. The food was good and hot. It took a minute for the dip and chips to come out. Seems like the serving has gotten smaller.

Customer service is always key and this place is ghetto and the staff is rude.. I've had a bartender here tell me and my guy friend that we should get a bed (like we had been there to long, even though we were drinking! I seen a staff member going crazy as they quit.. And last but not least.. even if you order through uber eats, the Business should never blatantly mess up on your order or leave your order cold. This night I order through Uber eats. Lemon pepper wings ( which were cold) and a wedge salad with no pork, because I can't eat pork. (Got extra bacon on it ) when the driver got to me, because I asked her to make sure my food was hot, she told me that the man that was in there told her that that's the freshest it will get. I called up there and spoke to the manager name rob Who was super unprofessional and rude. He wrote it off to be an issue with Uber instead of taking accountability for their mistake. By mistake I at least mean the salad with all the bacon on it. He told me there is nothing he can do as they are closing, I told him I could come tomorrow with the food. He hung up in my face. I drove to the location to ask him if it was professional that he hung up on me, and he started waving his hands in my face and when I asked him why is he doing that he said that's how he talks. I will never go to this location ever again!!

The manager Rob ( I believe this name) was so nice to my friend and I. My friends graduated from Georgia State. He came over introduced him self, congratulated them and gave them desert. The waiter ( Trevor) I believe his name was- was such a sweetheart.I love how I constantly show the Manger on the floor helping his staff. Many people do not do that. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was as well. Great time.
