First time at this location. The food was hot and fresh. The manager is faboo!! He jumped in when our waitress was busy. A1 personality and attention to detail.

My wings were great as always. My wife had to send back her steak quesadilla because the steak was very chewy. Ordered a vegetable quesadilla and it never came out. The restaurant was not busy.

Wings did not taste right. Besides the weird lemon pepper sauce (which wasn't right), the wings themselves had a funky taste. I asked for a wrap instead and only ate 2 of the 10 wings, which weren't comped. The wrap was very mid... I don't know where they found their cook, but dude... the only Good taco mac ive been to is in Kennesaw. The bartender was also very slow with making us drinks. (We were two out of three people at the bar) and it still took 5 minutes for a vodka sprite and rum and coke. Biggest waste of 50$.. Left unsatisfied and no buzz because the drinks were mid. Legit felt ripped off.
I come often to get lunch since i work near by. The new girl at the front is rude. She wasn't at the counter when I came in right at 2. When she finally comes to the counter, she tells me I can't get lunch or a kids meal because it was after 2 by that time. I wanted to leave but not enough time on lunch so i just ordered. Terrible experience. She didn't even know what a side salad was. Probably won't be back again

It's pretty bad when the Regional Manager (Mr. Blue Polo shirt) walks out of the restaurant, leaving the other Managers to deal with the multiple tables that had slow/poor service and bad quality food. Great show of leadership (sarcasm). I feel sorry for the team. 26 in the industry, I have never experienced or witnessed anything like I saw tonight. Sadly this was the place in which my wife and I got acquainted. We will never go back. The only positive note I have was Heaven, she was a great server.

Heaven was awesome. However the food took almost 2 hours and we had ro beg for a manager to come to the table. Still waited another 45 minutes for our check. During all this the regional manager just walked out the door and said nothing!!
