The food here is absolutely amazing. The environment is loud and busy. The chairs are not comfortable for long term seating.Crispy rice salad was my favorite.Hamachi crudo was melt in your mouth.Beef tartare was excellent.Red curry beef was exceptional. The flavors here are exciting. I can't wait to go back.Menu changes based on what's available to the restaurant.
Went to talat for the first time for their vegan tasting menu. It was delicious and loved the entire menu especially the radish cakes. I had a 5:15 reservation but was involved in a hit and run. They were extremely flexible and understanding I'd be very late to my reservation. I would definitely reccomend it to everyone.Vegetarian options: Vegan menu was excellent.

best mean we’ve had in Atlanta. Dishes all fun and packed full of flavor. Hamachi crudo was fresh and very acidic. Crispy rice salad surprisingly filling. Beef curry was very rich and ate every drop. PorkJowel was the highlight, incredibly tender and packed full of flavor. 1000 percent going back
Welcome to your new favorite intown, neighborhood restaurant, Talat Market. I visited here almost a year ago, and I still daydream about this perfect Friday afternoon dinner to this day. I sat on the patio with a friend, and we ordered a few plates together and cocktails. No music playing, just the quiet chirping of Atlanta song birds and occasional pedestrian chatter. I recall our server being knowledgeable, charming, and leisurely, putting us in no rush yet providing us with the appropriate menu guidance. The menu was perfectly curated and the plates were simple yet flavorful. I will be back soon.

Friends wanted to try this recent Michelin Reviewed and James Beard nominated restaurant right in our backyard. We decided to go this past weekend for a birthday. Portions were smaller than what you might expect from typical Asian restaurant; however, the flavors and tastes were spot on! The drinks were also amazing. We ordered practically everything on the menu. After living in Atlanta for 30+ years - I am excited to have found this place and got to experience it. Definitely will be back once the menus rotate to try other things!

The atmosphere is fantastic and the dishes are almost universally exquisite; however the menu is a study in extremes. Some items are a handful of dollars and essentially snacks, while an actual main course is $35 or $40. Where is the casual diner supposed to fit? Seems like my waiter didn't have any patience for my snacking and indecision either.
Everything is great here. We drove here from Alpharetta. Love loveWe had whole fish, tartare and coconut desert that reminded me of my childhood!!!Thanks to chef! First time will not be the last time!!!W

Talat market is trying too hard to be eclectic but unfortunately experimentation is messing up with the taste. It's over hyped. The oysters tasted stale. The trout I ordered was extremely hot. Moreover to extinguish the fire in my mouth I ordered fried sweet potato dessert, which was paired with some salty sorbet.
