I came across this Italian gem through a google search. I was looking for a new restaurant to try and my family waa mreting some out of town friends. The service was amazing. The food was really good. The libations were pretty as well as tasty. My only criticism is that the servings are a bit on the small side. We will be back!

I love how they have a veggie pasta the truffle fries are amazing Cesar salad is amazing salmon amazing the atmosphere is amazing scenery love the bag hangers they have .... love the 1/2 off wine bottles on Mondays ..... my fav spot a great perc to have living in Buckhead!! Prices are extremely reasonable great service ....

Gone here a few times. The appetizers are yummy for happy hour and drinks.However, went for dinner, ordered the branzino fish, no flavor, menu said it came with potatoes and vegetables… got 3 small potatoes and about 8 little pieces total of carrots and asparagus scattered around the plate. Not worth the $!Their service is great. Their desert, the chocolate cake and gelato was great!

Stopped in for a lunch with my sister and cousin. Great service. The large window to the patio was open but it was a little chilly out so we sat next to it. Highlights were the bread, margherita pizza and branzino. Zucchini chips had potential but were overly salted. Caesar salad was the biggest let down. The dressing was sweet ? maybe due to the Mayo used. It was weird.Shannon was our server and she was excellent. Attentive and quick without being overwhelming.

I work in same industry so won't take away any stars, but just something for this place to work on.With our reservation, upon approaching host desk, got warmest greeting and were escorted to the table, very friendly person.Server came to table got drinks order and after that next 15 mins, nowhere to be found. When we asked hostess to assist us get our server, server came apologizing and said she was occupied with the birthday party. Server took the order, and told us, she'll give us shared plates, we got appetizers, server was nowhere to be found again, the food runner dropped food and gave shared plates, server came back after 5 mins, and checked on firing entree. Then when entree came in, table was not bussed, food runner was holding plates, we cleaned our own tables. After that for 30 mins did not see server. Getting desserts was a task too as doughnuts take 30 mins to make fresh, it would have been nice if we had a heads up. For a simple meal, it took almost 2 hrs. Server was a sweet person but definitely needs little more training and manager needs to be little more confident.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 5 years now not in a million years did I think I would be treated this way.. the server that works there by the name karissa (who wasn’t even our server ) had made one of the most racist comments I’ve encountered .. im literally shocked!Not to mention how poor the whole situation was handled by the management ! It also makes me sad because I truly love the rest of the staff here however me my family and my whole corporation will No longer support this restaurant.

We were looking for a casual dining spot to meet an out-of-town friend. We were also looking for a menu that offered meat, fish and non-meat options . Taverna fit the bill and it did not disappoint. It is one of the best old fashions I have had, the food was excellent and very well presented, and the staff was great. And overall win. I would recommend.
Made a reservation for Sunday brunch the night before and requested the patio, def recommend both the reservation AND the patio! Great ambiance and people watching on the street, felt cozy but not too crowded. I had the eggs Benedict with ham, the ham was the kind you always really hope it'll be, fresh cooked and soft, sliced thin. Everything had just the right amount of seasoning, except for the salad that came on the plate, it wasn't too flavorful and while it looked pretty did t really go with the meal imo. (And only my opinion, you might love it) We didn't partake of the drink specials but they looked yummy and the price was right, maybe next time bc I'll be back!
