Was served a cockroach in my takeout order. It was in the bottom of the dish so I unfortunately ate the rest of the meal beforehand. Management would only give a refund after being sent photos of the bug, at which point they refunded the money and offered to remake the same meal but nothing more expensive.

I’ve dined in and also done take out and each experience has been great! I always get the Pad See-U. The host is always very kind when I get take out, I appreciate it.

This was such a great experience all the way around. Great value, service, and food. ❤ Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly. They have high chairs and all that jazz.Wheelchair accessibility: They are ADA friendly on many levels.
Found foil in my food-while the waitress made sure to check in with the kitchen and give ample explanation on the reasoning behind why the foil may have been in the food, there weren’t any other attempts to make up for the fact that I could have consumed the foil or the fact that I just had to stop eating from that point. No offers for a fresh plate, other food options, discount, OR refund from the restaurant’s end. There were so many potential ways to rectify the situation at least a little. Immediately lost my appetite and trust in the food/service. It didn’t seem like the waitress’s fault but the overall management/protocol seems to lack structure.

The food is stellar at Thaicoon. I was visiting a friend at Emory and we stopped here. The salad and sushi combos for lunch are delicious and priced super great. Was impressed with this little hole in the wall.

Friendly staff, delicious food, fun experience. Highly recommend this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They serve "clean" food without a lot of additives that my wife can't have.Parking: They are in a shopping plaze with easy entrance and exit. Plenty of parking close to the restaurant. I had no problem parking my full sized pickup truck.

This review is WAY overdue but better late than never haha! In Nov 2022, I coordinated a birthday dinner at Thaicoon! I contacted them in October to make sure my group would be able to have enough space and could bring in party decorations. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and understanding. They arranged for me to check out the space during less busy lunch hours and I book our celebration date for November! On the night of, we had a BLAST! The staff were super friendly and funny. They celebrated, sang, and danced with us! The food…omg the food was amazing! Pictured is the bagel roll (left) and Snow White roll (right) and they were the best rolls I’ve had in ATL! Not pictured but equally delicious include, Bangkok Fries and the Shrimp Pad Thai! I’d never had Pad Thai before but they made it a new favorite of mine, for sure!Overall it was a memorable birthday experience! The staff took pictures for us and were just so accommodating for such a special day! If you want good food and good vibes, go to Thaicoon!
I went today to this place and was fantastic. Everything was so fresh and delicious, but the dessert can be better. Other than that, Highly recommended!P.D: mummy sushi is good, TRY IT ?
This place is goooood! We live 5 minutes away and go here often with our baby. We wanted to venture out from our usual sushi spots that are a little further out, and this place did not disappoint. The sushi is delicious. Prices are more than reasonable. Recommend if you're looking for a good sushi place in the area.Kid-friendliness: Super accommodating to kids.
I’ve been going here for years, and they are always consistent.

Arrived at 8:45 on Saturday night and was told that we would need to order by 9:15 At the door. The food was awesome but asked for extra rice and were told it would cost an extra $3.00 for a small cup. This irritated me and I had to think about it. I got the extra rice as we needed it but I thought why be so stingy with rice that costs pennies. We were having a celebration dinner as we just bought a new car. At 9:30, we had finished dinner and paid the check and I was just savoring the last of my Sake when they started vacuuming the floor while they still had customers. I find this so rude!If I eat here again, it will be only for take out as we did not feel welcomed or appreciated as dining patrons.

This hole in the wall is a pleasant surprise to anyone who takes a chance on it. It doesn't look like much on the outside, as it's situated at the end of an older strip mall, but it's really cute and clean on the inside. The food is anyways fresh and affordable, and the service is accommodating and attentive. I love getting the sushi boat here! Thaicoon really is a hidden gem.
