We love the decor and ambiance of this restaurant, however the food is lacking. We had the daily special roasted prime rib, the meat and au jus were both cold and the au jus had no flavor. We will return and try something different and hopefully have a better experience.

Loved the atmosphere, food was great - service was spectacular! A lot of knowledge for their menu concerning both cocktail and food. Wasn't very busy on a Friday night - maybe it's the location. Would return for sure and eat at the bar for their happy hour next time!

We had dinner at the bar because the restaurant was pretty much deserted so I don't feel like we got the full experience. But the bar service was really great as were the food and drinks. The rooftop was good as well but also quiet.

Ambience, food and music were top tier. Dee, our server, was excellent. However, if one has a reservation, they should not have to wait 20-25 minutes to be seated. The excuse given was that they had a lot of walk ins. I'm sorry, but a reservation should be honored over walk ins. It's disappointing to be spending $200-$300 dollars on dinner, and have to wait a long period to be seated. I would expect this level of service at a food truck, not an establishment like this. I really like this place, and have been several times. I hope they get their act together on reservations.

Probably the worst dining experience I have ever had in 30 years. We were there for over 90 minutes and never received an entrée. Spoke to five different people. All of them said they would do something about our food, and not one of them did. The waiter started avoiding our table and not meeting my eye. To be fair, after an hour, the sommelier did offer and bring us a second glass of wine. Finally, the manager came, told us that he had been upstairs doing something – not sure how that was relevant to us – and I simply said, please bring us the check. After five minutes, even the check had not appeared, so we just walked out. Too bad, looked like a fun place. The live music band was excellent .

“Will” the bartender was attentive, and just all around the best bartender I’ve experienced in a while. Food was amazing and I will

My wife and I went to dinner on a Thursday night when they have a band play jazz. The drinks, food and service were excellent.

Went to the jazz dinner with friends last night and it left a lot to be desired. I don't know if our waitress was new, but she messed up pretty much all courses of our order. I got the wrong wine, my friends got the wrong steaks. They brought out what was supposed to be their NY strip, and it was more of a skirt steak than strip. The temperature was not correct, one friend couldn't eat her food at all. They should just take steak off the menu all together. Bought a bottle of wine, waitress didn't know what a Cabernet was and thus couldn't inform us of the bottle price, no true bottle service (we had to pour our own glasses), etc. It was just a miss on all ends. Definitely won't be returning.

The Betty is a stylish restaurant in the Kimpton hotel. Our experience wasn’t particularly great because service was slow, some menu and bar options weren’t available, and the food overall was average. For a restaurant that wasn’t full it also was one of the noisiest restaurants I have experienced. Note that valet service is available for parking but requires payment even with restaurant validation.Parking: Valet parking is available but requires payment even with restaurant validation.

Last night was our first time going there. Thursday nights are "Jazz Night"; live jazz and really good food were the perfect combination! My wife isn't easily impressed, but she liked our date night. Our server was very friendly and attentive; she wasn't pushy, and she wasn't MIA. We started with the Deviled eggs - the smoked salmon and caviar was amazing! We ordered the steak and fries, and we loved it! It was a very nice date venue, and we plan on coming back with friends. They validate the valet parking (cost just $10.00 to park).

Wonderful evening at The Betty. Awesome personalities as soon as I walked through the entrance. I didn't valet, but parked directly across the street for $4.00 vs paying $18.00 ( which I thought was steep). It was packed, but I was quickly seated. I had a few light items the shrimp scampi and a cheesecake for something yummy. My waitress/waiter was nice. They didn't have a signature mocktail but that's okay. Music was live and fun. Great for date night, small group dinners & solo ventures. I would definitely return to this location.

My wife and I had high hopes for our Valentine's Day dinner at The Betty in Atlanta, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arriving for our reservation, we were disappointed to learn that the evening's menu was fixed and not customizable, something we had not been informed about beforehand. While we understand that special occasions like Valentine's Day often come with set menus, we believe it's crucial for restaurants to communicate this to patrons beforehand. The lack of transparency about the fixed menu left us feeling frustrated and ultimately led us to leave the restaurant. Aside from the miscommunication about the menu, we found the ambiance and service to be pleasant. The restaurant had a charming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the disappointment of not being able to choose our dishes overshadowed these positive aspects of our dining experience. In the future, we hope that The Betty and other establishments take proactive measures to inform guests about special event menus to avoid similar situations. Transparency and communication are key in ensuring a satisfying dining experience for patrons, especially on occasions as significant as Valentine's Day.

The food was overall very good but it was the best part of the experience. The restaurant Is very loud and the service was pleasant but slow. Valet parking is available but customer must pay.
