The service here on a Thursday evening is great. Maya was so friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Great TVs. Music selection was nice. Aesthetically pleasing. We had the steamed oysters as an appetizer and the combination special boil. The oysters to us 5/10. The boil 3/10. There’s 3 levels of hot but no flavor. We had to ask for seasoning. The sauce was oily and again very very bland. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, because if Maya wasn’t great i may have left.

Dined in on 3/31. The customer service at The Boiler was severely lacking. Not only was the server nowhere to be found when needed, but we also never received the two beers that were ordered alongside our food. When I brought this to the server's attention and requested not to be charged for the missing items, I was met with a lack of acknowledgment or any form of service recovery. .It is disappointing that despite the server's oversight in forgetting our alcoholic beverages, no effort was made to rectify the situation. But hey, always happy to save my money where I can. Paid for my seafood boil and nothing more. And to top it off, had to tell another nearby server I was ready to tab out due to her constant disappearing. As an owner of a restaurant back in Kansas City,, I understand the importance of attentive and dedicated staff, and would never tolerate lazy servers who prioritize personal distractions over customer service and satisfaction. If this is what you call quality, I must be out the loop. That’s it, that’s all!

The Food was absolutely disgusting, Tasteless, under portioned, and over priced. The drinks were terrible and way too expensive for them to be made with house liquor. Our waiter was not attentive at all. He actually forgot to place our order which made the long wait time even longer. The other wait staff was running around taking care of their tables while our waiter was standing in the corner texting the entire time. At the end of this terrible experience the manager came and asked how everything was. We proceeded to give our honest opinion, she gave a half hearted apology, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Beware when patronizing this establishment. It’s a complete waste of hard earned money.

The absolute worst service. I ordered the lobster bites and fried rice. The rice was hard and cold. The manager took my plate and scrapped it out with lobster still on it. My date waited 30 minutes after my food came out to receive his order. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the lobster but took off the rice. The drinks look nothing like the menu and it was weak. The bartenders have no customer service what so ever especially the light skin gay one. No manners just like the manager. I came all the way from Covington ga to check this place out because I seen it was a young black brother that started his business right around covid. He needs a better team. That manager need her pink slip. My date paid for the food and didn't even eat his because it was cold. We just left. The experience was horrible. Very ghetto.

It’s over price for one, and I don’t know if it’s a club or a restaurant. I guess it’s 5 stars if your into that kind of stuff.

The seasonings on the crawfish weren't really tasty. I am from Baltimore, so I was expecting more flavor. I didn't find it. The calamari was real chewy and had no taste. They only had one type of seasoning where most places have a variety know of seasonings. I am just not going back. Their prices were a bit much for the portions you received for what you got on your plate. No thank you !!!Parking: You are not charged to park but you must tip the valet person.

If ever in Atlanta and don't know what to eat, headon over to The Boiler Seafood Atlanta and have some of the best seafood to touch your palate. Hands down the BEST seafood restaurant I've been to!!!!! The food was AMAZING, the drinks were DRINKING and the service was A-1!!!! Besides the food and drinks, our server Niecy is the other reason we will be going back. We were undecided about what to order and she took her time going over the menu with us. Everything she suggested was PERFECT. There were NO complaints. The Boiler will ALWAYS be on the itinerary when I'm in Atlanta!

I really try to support black owned businesses, but this one doesn't deserve it. Initially, it seemed like a good experience. The music was good and we were able to get our table changed. After that everything went downhill. The bar tender was nice, but not equipped for serving. The food came out separately, they didn't have half of the menu drinks, there was hair in the ranch, etc. The manager(a lady) was nasty as hell when we told her our food didn't come out. She didn't even apologize. All she said was the kitchen is backed up. They need to do better. Anyone can open a restaurant, but running it takes profession. I never write a review, but, this was a horrible experience. I don't expect them to be open long if the service continues.

Let me elaborate on the exceptional service provided by Nicey at The Boiler Room. From the moment we walked in, her welcoming smile set the tone for the evening. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making insightful menu recommendations and catering to our preferences with grace and professionalism. Nicey's genuine kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction made our dining experience unforgettable. The Boiler Room is fortunate to have such a remarkable individual on their team.
